Lien is super accommodating and it is SO easy to make an appointment through text. regarding covid-19, Lien is very clean and the bed thing you lay down on has fresh paper on top, the same kind they use at the doctors office when you sit on the chair. Masks are required and she washes her hands thoroughly before starting. i will say that sometimes there is a little wait from the beginning of your appointment time but it's not an issue for me, but plan accordingly. the biggest thing is that my eyelashes always look amazing and lien is the sweetest lady ever. if you like to talk during your session she is very friendly. if you're like me and you just like to nap during it, she doesn't mind that as well. i love coming to love skin care for my eyelashes, and i have been going back for a while now and will keep going back because the value and the end result are amazing.

I walked in and Malia was at the front ready to check me in! The studio looks so gorgeous and clean, and they have plenty of parking which is amazing. For my services I got a lash lift and tint which came out perfect i get to keep the natural look but still feel amazing when I wake up. I also came in for Malia's Brow Trio which is wax lamination and tint but Malia seen my brows and said that we may not even need the tint and she was so right, had she tinted my eyebrows we would have been looking at 2016 eyebrows lol.
