I chose the $36.00 pedicure and somehow got charged around $58????? My toe nails were also trimmed crooked and now the French tip design I chose is crooked as well. The man at the front counter was very bothered. Everyone else seemed nice. I would give this place a zero stars just from how uncomfortable I felt but it wouldn't let me. I only came here to use a gift card I was gifted. Never going back here, and taking my business right back to Essence!

My mom was looking for someone new to do her hair, and we found Bailey, who is recently out of hair school. Since I know the owner Jenna wouldn't hire anyone less than wonderful, I trusted her to take care of my mom, the Judy. I'm so glad we found her! She's as sweet as can be, and she gave my mom the best cut and color she's had in a long time. Her prices are very reasonable, and she really is just absolutely lovely. Fast forward to today - I popped in for a quick wash and blowout before a trip. Bailey took great care of me and I loved the style. But once it was straight, I realized it needed just a bit of a trim and she fixed me right up - super fast and just right. But the neatest thing if all? While I was there, three different young ladies with special needs came in - they were all being treated to up-dos for a unique prom for young people with Down's syndrome. All the girls I saw looked beautiful and they knew it! It was so cool to see them enjoying a rite of passage with all the trimmings. Jessica does my hair and she never disappoints. She is extremely talented and she continually makes my hair dreams come true. I was lucky enough to have AnnElyse do my bridal hair and makeup. I had a morning wedding so it was a very early event and slightly stressful getting everybody ready so early - Jessica and Bailey were amazing. I couldn't have been happier. It's a big deal to trust somebody with your hair and makeup on your big day and I would 100% recommend their team. Emily also does amazing work. With that being said, Jessica at Nails R Us is THE MOST kindest, sweetest, talented lady. My daughter's nails are still very stubby. She still has the hands of a child and I understand that doing a set of gel nails on small hands is hard BUT JESSICA?!?! She made it look easy y'all. My hair is completely ruined. Over half has snapped off at variable lengths, so much so it can't…read morejust be trimmed off. Some are close to the roots, also include hair splitting, and crimping. A lot is at the back where you can't see it unless you had help!! No treatment could have saved this then and they knew it, but failed to tell me this, rather, just get a color slapped on the best they could to suffice and scoot me out the door because they knew they weren't seeing me again! As soon as they were done, I was a lost cause. They make it sound like they care while you're there but it's all a facade. They haven't even contacted me since I left to see how my hair was holding up, IF it was!?! I'm so heartbroken! 15+ years of growth breaking off, just gone. I was looking for someone long term to care for me, my family, and extended family - friends hairs and this is how I get treated. I'll probably be bald by summer and have to buy a wig another extremely expensive lesson I'm going to have to learn from this mistake.
