Since I know the owner Jenna wouldn't hire anyone less than wonderful, I trusted her to take care of my mom, the Judy. I'm so glad we found her! She's as sweet as can be, and she gave my mom the best cut and color she's had in a long time. Her prices are very reasonable, and she really is just absolutely lovely. Fast forward to today - I popped in for a quick wash and blowout before a trip. Bailey took great care of me and I loved the style. But once it was straight, I realized it needed just a bit of a trim and she fixed me right up - super fast and just right. But the neatest thing if all? While I was there, three different young ladies with special needs came in - they were all being treated to up-dos for a unique prom for young people with Down's syndrome. All the girls I saw looked beautiful and they knew it! It was so cool to see them enjoying a rite of passage with all the trimmings. A lot is at the back where you can't see it unless you had help!! No treatment could have saved this then and they knew it, but failed to tell me this, rather, just get a color slapped on the best they could to suffice and scoot me out the door because they knew they weren't seeing me again! As soon as they were done, I was a lost cause. They make it sound like they care while you're there but it's all a facade. They haven't even contacted me since I left to see how my hair was holding up, IF it was!?! I'm so heartbroken! 15+ years of growth breaking off, just gone. I was looking for someone long term to care for me, my family, and extended family - friends hairs and this is how I get treated. I'll probably be bald by summer and have to buy a wig another extremely expensive lesson I'm going to have to learn from this mistake.
