I was very upset asked her as to why she didn't show up and she then said I never scheduled nor did I pay a deposit. If I didn't schedule then why block my number? I asked for my deposit back and she told me no because I never scheduled. So I sent her screenshots of when I called and our messages as to where to send the deposit with her phone number visible and SHE STILL DENIED IT! Cursed at me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I would NOT RECOMMEND she is scamming people!

From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their compassionate service. Hayden was incredibly understanding and expressed sincere sympathy for my loss. I was particularly interested in their lavender casket spray, and Hayden was very helpful in guiding me through the selection process. In the end, I decided on both a casket and standing lavender spray. The flowers arrived on Sunday exactly as promised (they don't normally open Sunday but they made an exception for me). They were incredibly fresh and absolutely beautiful. The arrangements were even more stunning in person than on the website, and the soft lavender tones created a sense of peace and serenity. Hayden also included complimentary boutonnières for my pallbearers. Overall, I cannot recommend Send Your Love Flowers & Balloons highly enough. Their beautiful flowers, exceptional customer service, and thoughtful touches made a real difference during a very emotional time.

Received the flowers on February 6, n today February 8th, arrangement is wilted, daisy bunches are missing flowers, mini roses are wilted n hanging. I spoke to my daughter n she will be in contact with the flower shop tomorrow. Flowers look like they were picked from the trash.
