They forgot it so they had to leave and come back which was about an hour before they came back to deliver it. Lastly, our rental agreement stated we had the bounce house for 4 hours. They delivered it at 12:10 as stated and came and disassembled it at 3:30. Would not recommend this business.

Yesterday, we rented their carnival-style Playstation (funhouse,) and it was a huge hit with our residents! I was impressed that they put down industrial cord covers to cover the cords going across our sidewalks, which no other rental company we've worked with in the past had ever done. I was also delighted that they shut down the funhouse for a few minutes during the event to perform a standard safety check on all of the equipment. I have recommended them to all of the other communities our company manages across town for their events as well.
