Instead of feeling appreciated as a paying customer, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. The attitude from staff came across as rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. My friend payed for his food with Apple Cash and the system took the money then the employee told me it hadn't gone through. When the money on my friend's end was gone. This being the systems fault we were told they couldn't do anything about it leading to us paying once again for the over priced meal. Prices continue to go up, portions seem to get smaller, and customer service has gone downhill. I don't mind paying for quality food, but I do expect fair portions and respectful treatment.
