Before writing this review, I read the other not so nice reviews about this business. It seems like a whole different business. All I got from this place was great customer service which is completely lacking in a lot of businesses now a days. The staff were all pleasant to deal with. The manager or the owner was also very nice and helpful. All my concerns were addressed professionally and courteously. In light of my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Well I'm not sure if these negative reviews are fake reviews or just impossible people, but I for one have received the best treatment and attention from Neal and Del-Rose insurance. If I have any issue whatsoever with my coverage, all I have to do is contact them or Neal and it's usually resolved that same day or the next. I mean they are on the ball over there and as a result I'll be a long time customer. In my experiences Neal is a great guy who goes out of his way for his customers and makes me feel like a VIP Customer even though I have only 1 policy with them. Del -rose is a broker of insurance companies, So these negative reviewers real gripes are with whatever insurance service they chose to go with. That's why I'm absolutely stunned at the disrespectful tone and flat out fabrications. You guys are either incompetent, uninsurable or both. I've been with Del-Rose for over a year and have ABSOLUTELY no plans of changing that and I've been with at least 4-5 different insurances. This place is horrible. First of all, the ladies that work there are always in a bad mood. They are so unprofessional. They never answer the phones or when they do, they give you the wrong information over the phone and when you confront them, the supposedly manager steps in and says she doesn't know who answers phones. I took myself and my car off a policy and I have all the paper work and than I get a declaration from KEMPER with the wrong driver taken off when the papers that were given to me stated the correct driver. Those people instead of breaking down the policy to you give you a quick short answer like if you were an insurance expert. Fortunately my family has decided to go else where after being with them for so many years. My family is Hispanic and I broke down to them that just because those people speak Spanish does not mean they are trying to help you or give you the best insurance options possible. read more

This place takes advantage of his own people, I was a costumer for many years and as long as they are getting paid everything is fine but when it's time to handle the accidents and reports they don't want nothing to do with you, Expensive rates and crappy ghost insurance providers. The broker is disrespectful to costumers and his own employees as well. Wait times are usually 1 hour or more. 25 Years ago I walked into Del Rose Ins Office and thought I walked into the wrong place. The office was smaller then my bedroom with its desk and only 2 chairs that not only didnt match but had rips and holes in them. Thats when I met Neal for the first time. There was no staff other then him. He was it. I was almost ready to turn around and walk out thinking this place cannot possibly be legit. But after talking with Neal for a few minutes and learned that he named his company after his mother who had passed I decided to give it a chance. Well it was the BEST decision I could of ever made for here it is 25 Years later and Im still a faithful customer. Neal is amazing for there were a couple times back when I first became a customer and couldnt afford my monthly payment Neal actually covered it for me!!! Now what insurance company or Person do you know that would do that? Aside from always getting me the best affordable coverage I could get. So for all of you out there that call him names and tell people not to trust him you need to have your head checked! If he or his company were any of those bad things you say about him were true do you think Id still be a customer here 25 years later? Ive been coming here for years now since my husband showed me this place it was really hard for me to get car insurance since i had a bad driving record due to my DUI when i was in college.. so i came to Neal and he was able to help me get insured he is hilarious and helps you get the best deal possible. I had to edit this so I can really explained what happened. I went today to get insurance on a car. The guy named Niel was a bit of a smart ass. But I can handle that. What made me mad was him being disrespectful to the lady worker. I have gone to places where the person helping me out had done everything and helped me out. But this guy had a lady helping him. She was going down the list of things they needed to finish the paper work. When it came to this question about owing money. She asked me the question and I asked her if I owed money where and she said "well you haven't paid here right? " before I could answers the question they guy said "no that doesn't matter at the moment but thanks for the conversation" in a bitchy way. He asked me a question and because I did not know what was the last insurance name that was on the vehicle he kept making smart remarks for me not knowing. I have video proof of one of those smart remarks. Yes I did record a small part so if you read this niel you need to clean up your attitude. After everything was done the lady needed to staple my packet of papers but the stapler was on his side, the lady sitting there waiting for him to finish with what he was doing was holding the papers he asked her "what??what?!" He grabbed the stapler slammed it on the desk and asked her "is there anything else I can help you with? Huh?" At that point I had already paid and signed the papers so I did not know if I could cancel. I'm glad I can control myself. To me this business is fine it's just him that I wouldn't want there. If he's the owner I feel bad for the people working there. If he is not the owner, the owner should keep a eye on this guy. They have cameras in there owner should take a look at them. read more

Neal and his team members always provided me with attentive services. I bought my first car insurance through Neal's company about 2 years ago. Recently, I had to switch insurance. Neal spent at least 2 and a half hours with me looking for the best deal and explaining to me the deductibles and benefits. After almost giving up and wanting to shop else where because the cheapest deal offered were still so expensive, he did one last thing. He went out his way, out of his insurance app and found a really great deal. Neal helped me through the process of entering my info and helping me understand again what the deductibles and benefits are and his expertise advise. After all, I bought the insurance which was not within his network/commission. He did not charge me a fee for service, he did that out of the courtesy of his heart. If you want to be insulted by the manager of the office, this is the place for you! I would give it minus stars but that is not possible. I have been a customer with Del Rose for over 5 years. For the pasts years, their business has been up and down when it comes to actual service. But since I only dealt with them once a year, I ignored the rudeness and/or incompetence from the office staff including the Neal j. Del Valle, the manager. This time around, however, I started my policy at the beginning of June and today I came in because I had been getting bills in the mail for the insurance I just paid for 2 weeks ago. I also wanted to remove one vehicle because I am retiring it. I decided to come in after I had called because they were not calling me back and they were closing. Needless, to say when I was there, Neal J. Del Valle, insulted me infront of my children, the woman whom I started the policy 2 weeks ago, lied about what she told me when she was infront of him. Then instead of giving me any information about the policy and/or changes Neal kept saying "I don't know" to every question. Then said that he'd call them in the morning "because they were clearly closed right now". Which was not true because I called the insurance company as I walked out, and they were clearly open. Neal is rude, and insulting. The office staff is incompetent when in comes to brokering car insurance. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU if you need help. read more
