My experience with Avail has gone downhill precipitously, resulting in my ultimately having to get all my insurance needs met elsewhere. It started when Brian hired a host of people who don't appreciate the importance of repeat customers and customer service in general. His new team didn't respond to emails or phone calls. When they did, they often failed to answer my questions. Their communications were riddled with typos and errors. In the end, they stuck me with a carrier that charged an exorbitantly high premium and did not even bother to shop it around before it came up for renewal. I had to do all the legwork to find my own homeowners and auto policy, which took an entire day. Still, I found policies with the same coverages and saved over $5,000 annually in premium. read more
