I told her that I had already gone to their El Cerrito office and had removed a vehicle from my policy and I also told her that I didn't feel the customer service was great, that they had trouble removing my car and I was frustrated. We hang up, she calls back to let me know that they didn't remove the car from my policy, that they had put an incorrect policy number that didn't match with mine. Deisy took care of everything for me without me even anticipating her to go through and make sure things were done right. She deserves recognition for that.
