Have lived here several years. Has gone down hill fast. Raising rent and neglecting park. Third manager now in 3 years. Melissa is useless. MANY residents complaining. She does nothing but sit in the rental house provided on property. Trees and oleanders are not cut. (Park use to cut them every year). Park manager says "too expensive". Letting weeds get out of control and oh hey, this is a HUGE one. This park shuts the water off ALL THE TIME. No warning. Old pipes, I get it but this happens all the time! 30 times at least now! We go without water for 8-12 hours! Have to keep water stored so we can wash our hands and flush the toilets! HARD PASS ON THIS PARK!!!!! Managed by Newport Pacific Capital out of Irvine. Horrible company who does not return phone calls but has no problem raising the rent. read more
