We have had a few hiccups and the park manager Donnita and Rita have been the best and accommodating and making things awesome...The pool/hot tub are amazing and a great spot to relax... The showers are very clean and free... Free cable TV...Internet is what you expect internet in a park to be... Staying here in our 36ft motorhome for a couple of months.... Oh and did I mention the very reasonable rates and the access to all the great bike and hiking trails and 5 minutes to historic downtown Yuma....

You should know that the trailer park is in a bad part of town, surrounded by empty lots, broken cars and homeless. Once you pay your $100 deposit, don't think you can change your dates. That deposit is lost and they'll refuse to apply it to any days you spend there. There are only about15-20 spots for transients. And you're under the airport flight path, so why bother?

I reached out to Best Tech RV through the Yelp app, based on the description of the service area and services performed. On a positive note, I received a reply very quickly, which I appreciate. On the negative side, the response said they no longer provide service in the area where we are staying. I don't know if he meant near the specific RV Park where we are staying, or Yuma in general. Since their Yelp listing shows a Yuma address, the reply was both confusing and frustrating. They could have provided an explanation, or better yet, perhaps referred is to someone else who could help us. Note that my 3-star rating is NOT based on the quality or timeliness of their service. I give them two stars for the quick reply and added one star because the owner reached out to me after I posted my review. The low rating is for them not providing service in the area their Yelp listing says they serve, for poor communication and for not offering us any suggestions for where to get help with our problem.
