THE BAD: On our first measurement Top Line informed us that our new sink would not work because it was not a fully under mount sink. So we ordered a new one. Both were 10" deep versus our original 8" sink. We were not notified by TL, or Lowe's, that there would be issues with our drainage due to the difference in depth. When I discussed with the TL Installer, he said he could provide a rubber drain pipe solution to resolve but would have to charge me $500! I hired a Licensed Plumber who charged me $225! (I gave him a well deserved $45 tip). I also could not use the drain that came with the new sink and had to purchase a $32 one that fit. THE UGLY: Top Line installed my $285 under counter sink and put several deep scratches on it! AND did't properly center the hole for our new faucet leaving it 1/2" off center PERMANENTLY!

We drove down to the Admiral Wilson Blvd and dropped off the template I made. We were shown the pieces of marble we could choose from and we made our selection. In four days the piece was ready and I went back to pick it up. The marble fit correctly and all of the cuts and cut outs were correct.
