She was great with our toddler during both sessions (maternity photos were taken outside and a local barn property and newborn photos were taken at our home). She is very talented, friendly, professional and responsive to e-mails/questions, etc. She was also patient and accommodating when I asked to change the newborn session date multiple times because of uncertainty around the timing of our scheduled induction. We are in love with all of the photos she took for us and are amazed by the shots she was able to capture. We know they're photos we will cherish forever. We definitely plan to use Kathleen for our future family photographs. My husband and I highly recommend Kathleen!

She arrived about 15 minutes early and started taking pictures and checking on lighting. The day was such a blur for me and I am usually the one who snaps pictures but I wasn't able take any. It was such a treat to have Kastle send me a link to all edited shots the next day. It was great to be in the moment, yet have someone take pictures so that we can have memories from the day! I definitely plan on using Kastle again for future shoots and events!

Diana was so knowledgable about wardrobe selections and jewelry accessories too. They took a lot of shots and were glad to do more if i'd wanted too. We were shocked when we found that we'd followed our wedding day schedule almost to the minute, from getting ready, to first look, to bridal photos at a nearby park, to getting back to our venue in time to relax before the ceremony. Savanna also has an insanely fast response time. She's so detailed in her responses and goes above and beyond to clarify details such as meeting time, weather alternatives, timelines, etc. We also had our engagement and wedding photos back within a matter of weeks! Still waiting for our refund of money nearly 2 years later. The SSD could not get them to refund money either.

Waste of time and extremely rude and tactless employee. I do not recommend. If this was my experience with less than 2 min in the venue then I can't imagine how awful utilizing this companies services would be. As a side note- my money spends just as well as anyone else's CORT. My daughter's wedding is NOT low budget and I was there to look at multiple items, so this is your loss

We recently had a floor plan snafu where (after the dance floor was already completely set) the bride wanted the floor at a completely new location. I have set dance floors in the past and was completely willing to do it alone, but Jamar and Jasmine stayed anyways to reset exactly where the bride wanted it. No complaints, no comments, just hard work and dedication to their clients and vendor partners. Truly went a long way on a stressful day - Thank you CORT!
