A detailed xray was necessary and was taken at a different practice. My husband brought the disc to this office and weeks went by. Regardless of how many times he spoke to the office manager, no follow up was done. Besides this, the office made us pay $243 in advance but would not explain why.(husband's coverage had hundreds of dollars still available for treatment) He went to another practice and had an excellent dentist who removed the tooth (told him that never should a second root canal be done on the same tooth!) We have been trying to get a refund for the money we paid, and keep getting told someone will get back to us. So far- crickets.

Mid surgery, I could feel pain & the teeth pulling. The surgeon told me, we already started now, kept pulling teeth. I'm screaming & crying. Needless to say, since then I did not like going to the dentist. This office changed my opinion of the dentist, they treat me as I need to be treated. Like a big baby, thank God for them. I get my gums numbed, before any procedure &/or cleanings. The staff is nice & respectful, most of all understanding to my needs.
