I was informed this morning when i called to reschedule that the office now goes by a different name. They also said their new policy does not allow them to reschedule Saturday appointments if you miss one. Like I said I've been a patient for over 10 years and never before missed an appointment. I work 2 jobs so it's not possible for me to make a weekday appointment. And I also live pretty far away. I'll be looking for a new dentist office. Probably a blessing in disguise

The restaurant next door, CinderBar, can get crowded at night (when iSmile is closed) and has limited parking. Yes, I saw the 'towing' sign in the iSmile lot, but didn't think they'd really tow @ 9:00 pm on a Saturday night when the dental office was dark. But, yes...they did tow my car. I understand restricting your lot to your staff & patients during your open hours, but towing when you're closed? That's just not friendly or neighborly at all. I'll look elsewhere for my cleanings and certainly will be sharing my story.

I have to first say that I have never written a review before...ever...about anything. However, I…read morehad such a great experience with this dental office that I absolutely had to write a review. Front the doctor to the staff; just awesome! I was referred to an oral surgeon by my dentist years ago but I was so afraid of the unknown that I never went so the condition with my wisdom teeth worsened and it led to decay in other teeth as well. I saw Dr. Pastiu on television one early morning and for some reason I was compelled to call for a free consultation. He told me what I already knew which is that I needed extractions and he also recommended an implant doe a tooth that he could not save. I was near tears at the thought of going through the pain of having 6 extractions and an implant. To make a long story short...the doctor cleared the schedule for the entire day so that I would be the only patient. Dr. Pastiu's demeanor is very calm and mild which in turn calmed me. I arrived at 9am and was out in a couple of hours!! I didn't feel any pain during or after the procedure. I am still amazed at the fact that I had very little swelling and NO PAIN AT ALL!!! Also, the doctor is a clean freak and makes certain that everything is perfect. To top it off the doctor was so concerned of my well -being, that he made sure that his staff provided me with his cell phone number so that I could call or text if I experienced any pain or ud Amy questions about anything. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. If you are on the fence about making an appointment; just do it. You won't be disappointed!!!

I hope they last the rest of my life, because I love them! They feel much lighter than the porcelain versions from years ago. Dr. Pastiu did a great job and loves his ceaft.
