After out of pocket cost of almost $1800, many many visits I find out that I probably need a total shoulder replacement and all that time was wasted. Sadly this is how most health care is run today. Perhaps the insurance wont pay for the MRI until all the Chiropractic and PT is done but its a terrible process. The staff there is very caring and maybe Im being unfair but it seems like an xray or some diagnostic imaging should have been done of the shoulder to determine the root cause of the pain since I was basically being treated for frozen shoulder when Im bone on bone with a rotator cuff tear. read more

Very annoyed. Typical bait and switch advertising. Responded to a Facebook ad for a $49 treatment and evaluation. All was fine until invited back two days later to review the recommended treatment plan. The office said they would coordinate with my insurance but didn't. I got a quote for over $4000 for treatment and when I checked out to leave, they charged an additional $110 for an office visit! So basically they advertised a $49 special that cost me $159 with a treatment that was not covered by insurance at all. Pretty lame approach in my opinion to health care. read more

A glowing review for Dr. Philip Brown: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Philip Brown! As a very active 62-year-old who loves yoga, I was experiencing achiness in my upper arms that was really affecting my practice. I had been to other chiropractors, but their adjustments alone weren't solving the problem. I even started worrying that I might have an autoimmune disease or something serious. Then I went to Dr. Philip Brown, and everything changed. Not only did he give me a fantastic adjustment, but he also took the time to explain that I needed to add arm exercises with 3 lbs. weights to strengthen the muscles around my rotator cuff. He patiently explained how certain muscles were overworking to compensate for the weaker ones and how I could address this imbalance. I followed his advice and incorporated the exercises into my weekly routine, and it worked wonders! My achiness is gone, and I'm back to enjoying my yoga practice without any discomfort. Made an appointment online for free initial consultation. Got to the office early and was told someone would be right with me. Sat in the lobby for near 45 minutes. I started treatment with Dr. Ennis. Dr. Ennis listened to my health issues, devised a plan consisting of acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. After two weeks, he reviewed the plan and decided to change the plan and he cut acupuncture and added the stretch machine. My back pain is 90% gone. After Dr. Ennis decided to cut patient care to better deal with the administrative side of his three businesses, I switched to Dr. Reeves. Dr. Reeves worked on my frozen arm and in just a few sessions, he healed me. I cannot say enough about the support staff. Everyone is friendly, caring, and competent. I started seeing Dr Ennis two years ago for back and neck pain. After Dr. Ennis moved to the administrative side of his offices, I transferred to Dr. Reeves, and have been seeing him for adjustments every two weeks after he worked diligently to reduce my pain significantly. I am so glad I took the free consultation and then decided to get their non-surgical treatments. From the moment I met with Dr. Ennis he made me feel comfortable and explained every step of my treatment. I have been going for about 6 months now getting the chiropractic adjustments as well as the electronic stimulation and some other treatments as well. I still have a ways to go but I am seeing improvement with each visit. Dr. Reeves is the best, always knowing what areas of my knee, back and shoulder need treatment.
