I was Involved in a Serious Workers Comp Accident on October 31, 2007, I had Numerous Back surgeries in the Beginning. Long Story Short I went Through PM Doctors but I have Been Organization for over 10 years Now. The Staff is Always have Been Courtesy and Takes the Time To listen, IMHO you are not just another person to walk through the door. Only see Dr. Che Woo because the other doctors aren't worth your time. The supervisor is full of it and inconsiderate. Spent 8 years being a patient and every time I see a different doctor they would rather you suffer then to treat. read more

Please find another pain specialist. The front reception ladies are ignorant and rude and make fun of the patients that can't move fast enough. When I complain to the doctor about their behavior. I was dropped from the practice within 24 hours. I was not given time to find another doctor. All because I chose to stand up for a senior citizen. This business does not offer a phone number for you to call about prescriptions appointments or even a question about medications or physical therapy. They have a sketchy automated texting system that you may hear back from them within a week. Sometimes they are open during the hours they have posted on Google. And sometimes you show up for your appointment and they are closed It would be nice to call them and ask them why they're closed. But then you remember they don't have a telephone number and if you text them you have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a reply. So I suppose if you're extremely desperate by all means have at it. I had my first visit in Feb of 2025 with Dr. Lai because I had a change in insurance and needed to find a new Doctor. I was frustrated with having to switch doctors but I found the experience to be positive. Dr Lai was thorough, kind, caring and helped me understand what is going on with my back and neck . I am hopeful that I can find pain relief and improve my quality of life. I am also happy that Dr Lai took the time to review my records that he had obtained so far and spent time explaining everything to me. Great experience, thank you! read more
