I then went to the back room to get the thread I needed and..this room gave me an immediate flashback to my childhood when my Mom took me to Morten Schenk in downtown Baltimore. I loved it because the store was a wall of buttons!!! It looked like jewels all over the walls. It was a fond memory that I shared with one off the staff who remembered the store.
