We want to support you and my husband always buys a lot of stuff but when you aren't prompt that's bad business. I think you need to have a store phone number to be able to call to find out when you will be opened and when you will be closed.

Every contact we had with customer service was great! They are respectful and friendly. They keep fantastic records. When we called, they could pull up records showing exactly when we called before and what the conversation entailed. That's something you rarely see today. We got a ring commemorating my husband's service in Desert Storm. It includes the Army logo, the Desert Storm badge, and his Bronze Star. The ring is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. I think their work is great, the prices are reasonable, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
