Refused to remove braces unless paid. Aetna has pulled the phone calls that are RECORDED and determined that Musgrave Orthodontics should be held accountable for false information given. I have been disputing for months. I have initiated meetings with Dr. Musgrave to be avoided and ignored. I gladly paid my initial balance but I would like my $500.00 refunded. Unfortunately, Aetna is not in network so they've advised me to dispute credit charges and file complaints with the boards and bureaus. Pros: Both offices are homey.
