I was nervous about my dental care…read more But after today's interaction, I'm starting to wonder if "oh you need all the crowns" is the new "sure, your wisdom teeth are fine TODAY, but in the future? You'll be in pain!" profit grab. I'm sorry that I had to reschedule day of, but giving me attitude because I'm sick and can't make an appointment kind of destroys the whole "how can we make you smile" when your reply is "well, we have a three day cancellation policy." Cool! I'll take my teeth elsewhere. And the entire vibe starts to feel off when they start pushing constantly for dental surgeries. I guess, as with all things, always get a second opinion. I'm not convinced they have my health or well-being at the forefront of their mind - or else, I guess, I can show up and vomit on them so then they can complain about "why didn't you cancel if you knew you were sick?"

They do treatments without checking wirh insurance and ask to pay in full, no one took accountability of who made errs and "not sure who was on the phone spoken" their responses. Did 2-3 times wirh me. Half their treatments not needed; get second opinions please. The old practice was better at it. New glamorous looks doesn't serve any purpose.

This is the first dentist office that I've actually gone back to. Everyone there is so caring, accommodating, gentle and patient! Dr Fixari is awesome and today Dr Bader and his assistant Rocky helped me. They were both GREAT!! Dr Bader worked with me on the cost (in a huge way!!) because I have no dental insurance. They always show me everything upfront and I pay upfront. I like that because I never have any surprise charges at the end-everything is very transparent. I've never dealt w/anyone there that's been anything less than polite & thoughtful! My entire family now goes there and I'll be letting them know that I met Dr Bader today and that they will love him just as much as we all love Dr Fixari! He handles all of us, from my grandson's cleanings to my dads dentures :) I love that everything is in the same bldg and they never have to refer me to another office. The facility is BEAUTIFUL!! Not that you're looking for that, in a dentist, but the rustic/contemporary space is just so calming and peaceful. They have massaging chairs, tv above every station, every room has a window, there are headsets avail, drinks/refreshments avail and they offer nitrous oxide... So... in a nutshell... they are extremely knowledgable and good at what they do, have a very kind & caring staff and a beautiful state of the art facility! I can't recommend them enough!!!

I went the next day and explained them what happened and showed them photos of my teeth also to cancel all my appointments scheduled and get a refund and when front desk cancelled my appointment she said you're all set, like cancelling the appointment fixed the problem, she saw the picture of my chipped teeth and said ok, didn't even cared or try to talk to someone to rectify the situation, I told that needed to speak to someone to fix my problem and she wanted me to come back after a month until my husband told her it was their fault and they needed to get it fixed and then she said have a seat and went to speak to a doctor. She was working in the Worthington/Westerville area at the time and after a quick search on Yelp, I found this place. She called them right away, was able to see them right away, and was blown away by the experience. Flash forward to about a month ago when I ended up having to find a new dentist. My sister reminded me of Westerville Dental so I gave them a ring and had a very similar experience. I was able to get scheduled that same week and the staff was incredibly friendly. Along with my bi-annual cleaning, I opted for the Zoom whitening. I can definitely say that it was worth the money. If you need a new dentist, look no further.

I started off absolutely loving Linworth Family Dental. I truly enjoyed my visits and cleanings in the beginning. The staff seemed close knit and their website appeared to bolster that sense of closeness. But after a couple of years, I noticed my favorite hygienists suddenly no longer working there. It started off with one or two staff, but then it felt like at the next appointment, I didn't recognize any of the hygienists. I understand that people move, change jobs, etc, but I was a little concerned. Another reason for my low rating is that with each passing appointment, more and more advertisements for beauty procedures (like Botox) were put on the walls. I've seen plenty of offices with pamphlets, which I understand, but it got to the point where they had a huge retractable banner in the lobby and pictures of clients (which happened to be staff) taped to the walls of every single exam room. It felt more like a cosmetic spa than a dentist office. An additional reason is that the cleaning during my last visit was very sloppy and rushed. The hygienist was a young girl who kept telling me about how stressed she was for losing the key fob to her dad's Mercedes Benz. She kept stopping to tell me the story instead of focusing on the cleaning. When it came time to put fluoride on my teeth, she globbed so much on that even my fiancé told me he'd never seen so much caked on someone's teeth (and lips) before. And the worst part? I was due to have my gums measured, which she told me at the beginning of my appointment, but she forgot to do it. I was so frustrated by the end that I didn't even bother to press. I just wanted to go. It was also at this appointment that I found out the dentist I had been seeing had left the practice. My last reason for why I won't be returning is because of the receptionists. My fiancé accompanied me to my last appointment and waited in the lobby while I had my cleaning. As we exited the building, he said he could hear the receptionists behind the front desk speaking poorly about a patient. He said it was uncomfortable sitting in the lobby hearing it all. I find that disheartening and unacceptable. TL;DR: Linworth Family Dental used to be a wonderful dentist office but the quality has gone downhill and the care is nowhere near what it used to be. I cannot in good faith recommend this practice anymore.
