The whole office is set up for kids, from the waiting area to the special dental chair. There's a TV overhead, cool sunglasses to avoid the bright lights, etc. Even a plastic dental mirror to take home and use on your stuffed animals. We have to go back for a little work, and K is excited. All of the staff are great, and it was a very good experience. Okay, except for my finding it- there are dozens of dentists in Clintonville, all named something like "Clintonville Dentistry," so check carefully. I started off absolutely loving Linworth Family Dental. I truly enjoyed my visits and cleanings in the beginning. The staff seemed close knit and their website appeared to bolster that sense of closeness. But after a couple of years, I noticed my favorite hygienists suddenly no longer working there. It started off with one or two staff, but then it felt like at the next appointment, I didn't recognize any of the hygienists. I understand that people move, change jobs, etc, but I was a little concerned. Another reason for my low rating is that with each passing appointment, more and more advertisements for beauty procedures (like Botox) were put on the walls. I've seen plenty of offices with pamphlets, which I understand, but it got to the point where they had a huge retractable banner in the lobby and pictures of clients (which happened to be staff) taped to the walls of every single exam room. It felt more like a cosmetic spa than a dentist office. An additional reason is that the cleaning during my last visit was very sloppy and rushed. The hygienist was a young girl who kept telling me about how stressed she was for losing the key fob to her dad's Mercedes Benz. She kept stopping to tell me the story instead of focusing on the cleaning. When it came time to put fluoride on my teeth, she globbed so much on that even my fiancé told me he'd never seen so much caked on someone's teeth (and lips) before. And the worst part? I was due to have my gums measured, which she told me at the beginning of my appointment, but she forgot to do it. I was so frustrated by the end that I didn't even bother to press. I just wanted to go. It was also at this appointment that I found out the dentist I had been seeing had left the practice. My last reason for why I won't be returning is because of the receptionists. My fiancé accompanied me to my last appointment and waited in the lobby while I had my cleaning. As we exited the building, he said he could hear the receptionists behind the front desk speaking poorly about a patient. He said it was uncomfortable sitting in the lobby hearing it all. I find that disheartening and unacceptable. TL;DR: Linworth Family Dental used to be a wonderful dentist office but the quality has gone downhill and the care is nowhere near what it used to be. I cannot in good faith recommend this practice anymore.

She's two now, and when it came time to schedule her first cleaning I decided to try somewhere new. From the second we walked into this facility we knew it was different. My daughter was captivated by the ocean theme, loved it! Every member of the staff was exceptional, they truly know how to work with children. They showed her every tool, let her touch them and engage, and they talked to her and not above her. We left that day feeling so encouraged. This past weekend my daughter fell and broke her other front tooth. We were brought in quickly and Dr. Pagé was kind, patient, compassionate and thorough. My son had to have his adenoids removed just shy of turning 2 and between the battery of tests and probing in his mouth, he was not inclined to allow anyone to look in without a battle...brushing was done daily, but not always the easiest of tasks. At the first visit, Dr. Soult met with us in an office and just went over concerns I had, as well as, did a very quick & painless review of my sons teeth. It started pretty badly, but with Dr. Soult's patience and calm demeanor, he was able to check inside my sons mouth no problems thereafter. A similar scenario at his second 3 yr appt, but with his 4 yr bi-annual, the flossing and polishing took place with my son smiling, laughing, and even saying thank you! It was just wonderful to watch and made this mama bear very proud. My son now asks when he will be going to the dentist to get his teeth cleaned. Dr. Soult is amazing with children and has them participate with the whole examination and has made the cleaning very interactive, educational, and fun for those little ones. The hygienist are also very pleasant and do a fantastic job. I am elated that my insurance participates with this practice and will continue to take my son for as long as the practice is open. So glad I was able to start my son off on the right-foot and with this amazing dentist. I enthusiastically endorse this dentist and his practice. I hope the enthusiasm my son carries now about going to dentist continues for the rest of his life!

Dental pain is sickening. I'm pretty sure it's the worst there is. There's no escaping it either:…read morerelentless. When it comes to relieving it, you will not receive better care from another endodontic group. I've had 4 root canals in the last four years, three from Dr. Menke and one from Dr. Arens at the Dublin and Westerville offices, and each time, I have left feeling truly cared for. Professionalism and expertise is top tier. Dr. Menke has done the last three root canals for me and makes it a point to check on his patients the next day personally to see how things are. When was the last time a medical professional did that in our world? Best guy ever! The first root canal I had was an emergency two days before Xmas in '22 during a blizzard. A two-hour drive turned into three, and my whole head throbbed with pain. Walking out into a field and lying down was definitely on the table. If you know, you know. Dr. Arens took one look at me and in one minute, the pain was gone. The endodontist in Chillicothe I had gone to first actually had numbed my mouth, then looked down and said, "No. I'm not doing it. Your mouth is too small. Just have it pulled." Yep. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Dr. Arens saved my tooth. Despite my frequent brushing and flossing, old fillings have broken or fallen out, requiring more dental work as I've gotten older. Despite the 2-hr drive, Central Ohio Endodonics will always be my first choice for future work. The office staff is also kind and professional - very empathetic - and thoughtful, extending the exemplary dental care to the finish line. I appreciate everyone there. Do yourself a favor and just go there.
