I have had 4 appointments with this dentist, and I have some mixed reviews, this location for me was like having a brand new escalade with a engine, but needs some new tires, and sparkplugs. I came on my first visit I was completely impressed by the atmosphere, they even have charges for your cell phone if you need it. I sat down in the lady kept asking me if I have insurance, I informed her that I did but she keep asking as if she didn't believe me. Then Kelly took very through x-rays and she knows how to put you at ease as if you are at Disney world. The people here are great, but some rough patches with communication. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, including a root canal, which I feared would be the case. So I set an appointment to get this done, but I set an earlier appointment to get the crown done, so that I wouldn't lose the filling I had from A previous time. So when I can to the appointment, the lady said okay, I understand we are doing a root canal, and clean the left side of your mouth. and was confused because I was there for something completely different, I think one of the things that should be done is have something written out which plan of action is being taken at each appointment, so their is no confusion, especially in cases when their is a lot of work to be done. They made it work with my insurance, that is the thing that I am most grateful about this place, Dr Papp is legendary, I have a maybe a handful of dentist in my life, and from my experience, he is truly, a cut above the rest. when I went to my 4th appointment, the root canal that final got done, was a supper-smooth process, he dialogs great with customers, and he is world class. If you get a choice I would go With "big papa!" That's what I call him in my head. This location doesn't discuss preventive care much with patients, so it is important to make sure you ask them, to keep the work they do intact. If you make an appointment, they will not leave you in the dark, the with email you and text you often to remind you, so they have great follow-up, But If you can't make an appointment let them know because they have a big customer base They bake cookies fresh every day so they definitely make an effort, to make a great atmosphere, But just a few things to work out. read more

I have seen three different dentists in this practice in 3 years. My first appointment in 2016 was with Dr. Haldemann and every appointment after until my most recent was dr. Papp, and i saw someone different at my last appointment (maybe Dr. reed??) I had the same hygienist every visit except my last cleaning and I saw Allison. I have always felt so comfortable here. The ambiance is comforting, my hygienist has always been kind and gentle, clean, patient, and personable. Every dentist I've seen has been down to earth and friendly. I am moving to VA and I'm actually really sad about leaving Worthington Dental Group. They have given me 5 star service everytime. read more

Dr Mohamed is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things. I was having sensitivity from a crown that another dentist did from a different office and had told me it was normal. Dr Mohamed identified the problem and corrected the fit relieving the pain from chewing. The hygienists are great too! I was much more comfortable during the cleaning than with my last dentist. It is a beautiful office and has good looking professional staff; they are kind, gentle and helpful. However, the business only gets 3 stars because they overcharge for services ($360 to have a chipped front tooth repaired by one of the dental assistants!!!), and will try to sell you braces and other vey expensuve services that are not covered by insurance and are not medically necessary. WDG is another great Yelp find for us! We had our first appts yesterday. I scheduled for my husband and myself on Wednesday(the day before) and they were able to get us in the next day. This was key for us since my husband is a pilot and his schedule is less than desirable. The waiting room was very nice. I got frustrated at first because their online new patient forms that I spent time doing the day before did not come in correctly so I had to redo them when we arrived, but that is hardly the offices fault and more a unfortunate technology glitch. My hygienist, Cassity, was awesome. She was very thorough with cleaning my teeth and knowledgeable addressing any concerns or questions I had. Additionally, she was doing all of this while my toddler and newborn sat to the side. She turned on cartoons and even allowed my 2-year-old daughter to sit on my lap to watch while she cleaned my teeth. So cute! Being a mom herself, it seemed like she really enjoys her job and getting kids excited about going to the dentist. Dr. Papp was great. My husband also really enjoyed his visit. We have found our new dentist and are very pleased with our decision:) read more

I just had an appointment as a new patient and was immediately blown away by the office, which is exceptionally designed and decorated. It had an inviting yet professional atmosphere and I was blown away by the office and all the services they offer. The employees were professional and friendly and really made me feel like a valuable patient but also a person and not just a number. They did not just make me feel like another patient but took the time to carry on fun conversations that made the time fly by and has me looking forward to my next cleaning. I had my first appointment here today and I was amazed! Missy was my hygienist, she was so incredibly nice and caring. She spent forever on my teeth to make sure they were perfect, as my last dentist was not great and left a lot of unfinished work. She walked me through everything. The office itself is very nice and the front desk is helpful. The dentist was very kind also! I felt very comfortable and that I was being taken care of by true professionals. I've asked them to have a manager call me multiple times over the past months and it's been ignored. I've gone there many times and had many procedures done and every single time they have told me my insurance would pay for some of it, sometimes even in full, and I've always gotten a bill. Come to find out, my insurance is out of network there, which should've been communicated to me at least once in the 5 times I've been in the office. The very first time I went I had a cleaning, was talked into getting a more advanced cleaning because my insurance would "pay for it in full", and then was presented with a $200 bill in the mail later. They've never once since then said my insurance is out of network. Obviously if someone tells me they take my insurance I would assume that means i'm in network... because why wouldn't I? The doctors were fine and the space is nice, but I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend anyone go here for the lack of communication and incorrect information, and not to mention the ignoring of requests to have someone call me to discuss these matters multiple times... read more
