After hearing about Delaware Valley Carpet Cleaning from a neighbor, I called them in to clean my large area rugs and several long runners. It was easy to make an appointment, Joe showed up as scheduled, and he was a pleasure to work with. At the time, I had two senior pets who had had accidents involving various parts of the carpets and one area of one rug that was blackened from frequent traffic. Joe used green products (important to me) and did a great job cleaning and freshening the carpets in general as well as at removing the blackened stains, apparently permanently since it's bee awhile and they never did rise back up from the carpet. Joe, the owner goes to every job. He makes sure it is perfect and will not give you a line of BS. He told me a stain wouldn't come out on the arm of my chair, although in the end he got it out.
