I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining…read moreroom and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them. The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others. Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.

When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project. Trevor was waiting for a contractor to show up at our house, while he was waiting he organized my garage.... no lie!! I would recommend The Dynamic Group to anyone. I would have had to wait weeks to months and pay crazy shipping charges for a small amount of flooring needed if it weren't for these guys. Their price was fair and they were honest. They refunded me for some of the flooring when they inspected it before pickup and saw damage. I enjoyed my experience with them so much I ended up buying more of the same floor to complete another room. Pickup was quick at the rear of the building and the guys who loaded up my vehicle were very careful and professional. Their showroom was clean and organized. A lot of flooring places do not stock merchandise (with good reason upfront cost/space is an issue, etc.), but these guys have a big warehouse. Then they got here, didn't know how to deal with uneven floors. Decided not to rip out all of the old ceramic tile, even though it was part of the fee quote. Refused to call me at work to discuss after my wife told them to repeatedly. The next day, They were behind schedule because of this, I got them to tear out the old tile, but they left the floor VERY uneven, you can fell it moving under your feet in some places, The refrigerator was so uneven, the doors did not close properly. They kept asking me to pay the balance, I told them they had to fix the floor under the refrigerator, two more visits later, they got it level, but the rest of the floor, they have refused to address or respond to. I paid the balance, let them know it was under protest. They could not care less. Buyer beware!
