And I'm in the Hospitality field, a Director for Ritz-Carlton and once for Trump Hotels, so I'm a hard judge on service expectations and delivery. I emailed Cherie (in the evening) and my opening sentence was "I know I'm throwing a Hail Mary, but I'm hoping you can help me." I needed a dozen of gourmet cupcakes delivered to my new sister-in-law for her birthday (while on their honeymoon), packaged up with some birthday decor and a birthday card/note. If possible. Oh! And with 12 hours notice. Any sane person would have deleted my email (which I'm sure is what the other TWO companies that I reached out to did.....still haven't heard from them). Cherie responded within 25 minutes and worked with me for the next 90 minutes to get this worked out for me. There aren't enough thank you to express my gratitude, especially when my sister-in-law texted me the best replies ever: "I wish you could taste how AMAZING these cupcakes are!" And "I love this lady, I'm going to tell my grandma to use her" Cherie, thank you! Thank you so much! You are one hell of an owner, we need more people like you running small businesses!!
