I highly recommend Sassy Cakes for these special occasions where you need a beautiful cake that tastes as good as it looks. We were in town for the weekend and ordered my sister-in-law's birthday cake from here based off of their Yelp reviews. I had not been here before and did not ask any locals where to go. Yelp did not disappoint me here, thanks y'all for the help! We ordered the almond birthday cake with buttercream frosting and raspberry filing. The cake was moist and has a nice weight to it. They exceeded our expectations with the design and the flavor. Everyone was highly impressed. The cakes are pricey but once you taste it, you'll see why. This bakery is not a place where you come in and chill and eat croissants while you work remotely. It is a grab and go kind of location but once you grab, you will certainly want to come back for me. read more

Ordered a theme cake from Sassy Cakes for my mother's 80th Birthday. Cost of cake: $155 including tax. Had the cake delivered to my folks Naples address (four families visiting from NY for party) with no issues. In order to see the cake, the two-box creation assembled to protect it would have had to be taken apart, so waited until eventual unveiling at restaurant to really see the cake. I can't tell you what a DISASTROUS SURPRISE it turned out to be. The theme was on point -- mom's an avid tennis player so decorations/icing were as discussed -- but OMG did they SCREW UP the inscription. What was supposed to read (as written on the online order form): "You're the Grand Slam MeMe" read "'Big Blob of Black Icing' Are Grand Slam MeMe". So EVERY PICTURE of my mother with this $155 cake is RUINED. The party was on 12/27. I've given owner Jazmine at Sassy Cakes ample time to rectify this error in the form of a refund of the quoted untaxed price of the cake $139 (with tax, delivery & tip I spent a total of $191). She issued a $35 refund with the explanation that the lettering must have gotten bumped in transit. I've pointed out the impossibility of this as some of the other lettering is slightly smeared, but how on earth could one small word become a big 'ol blob of black icing. I have not received a satisfactory answer to this question nor has she explained how the word "ARE" ended up on the cake and the word "THE" was just entirely missing. Total silence on this point. I've seen from other reviews that wrong flavors or not enough strawberries have received $100 credits/refunds. I'm at a loss. These cakes don't cost $155 for the ingredients; you're paying for the bakers' artistry and professionalism, aka THE LOOK OF THE CAKE. Someone at Sassy Cakes allowed this cake to leave the store looking as it did which is just beyond disappointing. Yet I do understand these things happen and sometimes they happen to you; however, it has been Sassy Cakes/Jazmine's response (or lack thereof) to this VERY OBVIOUS MISTAKE that has been truly upsetting. Lots of bakeries in the area. Do not recommend this one. read more

We ordered this birthday cake to make the day extra special and it certainly delivered. It was beautiful, fun to cut into, and by far the most amazing cake I have ever tasted. We ordered a cake like this once from a fancy NYC bakery, and we both thought that SassyCakes was far superior. It may have only been for 4 people, but these four people have been steadily eating it away slice by slice, day after day, and we just cant stop. Moreover, the owner and staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful. We ordered our cake just before the holiday weekend, not sure if that would give them enough notice to make it for us. They called us at opening the morning of to confirm and even delivered to us at the last minute when a conflict arose. Finally, the website was really easy to use and great for people who want to see all the options! I cannot recommend them enough, and cannot wait to order from them again! read more

It was easy to order online and to reschedule after hurricane ian. When they were delivering, they went above and beyond to make sure the cake was delivered safely and securely. I was really impressed! If you are looking for a bakery in downtown Naples, then this is your go-to spot! Worked with Jazmine over the phone from MI as we were celebrating my husband's birthday in Naples. Sent inspiration design pictures via email and then followed up with phone call to place order as I needed the cake within the same week. She was super easy to work with and communicated quickly. 8" buttercream with fondant details was about $70. Design was spot on and exactly what I envisioned for the birthday cake. They nailed it on the shade of green with very little input given by me. Only reason for 4 stars is the cake was a bit drier than we are used to as it crumbled when serving and eating. They have a decent size parking lot which is also convenient especially when picking up a cake in humid temps. Will visit again when back in town! read more

Best decision I made for our daughters' 8th birthday cake! Everyone absolutely loved this beautiful cake. We went with a sprinkle piñata cake. It was very easy to order this cake online, such a huge plus for an out-of-towner. The owner was super friendly when I picked up the cake (one day before we needed it) the cake was moist and tasty! THE CAKE FAR EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! My partner and I were visiting Naples during his birthday and I wanted to surprise him with a cake, but not being from the area, didn't know any of the bakeries. I chose Sassy Cakes based on their phots and price and when I got in touch to ask if they could create my vision, I received a helpful and quick reply. I haven't been this impressed with a bakery in a long time. I was really busy this week so I didn't order my friend's birthday cake within the required 48 hours. However, they offered to make me cupcakes with the same flavor. And keep in mind they had 48 cakes to make within the next two days! They gave me a call about 30 minutes ahead of time to remind me my order was ready because they were about to close. The lady was SO nice when I got there. And the cupcakes...oh my gosh. Totally worth the money. I got the salted caramel which is a best seller. I got a coupon for 10% off my next order and free delivery as well. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future and am considering getting my mom something from here for Mother's Day. So they may be seeing me again sooner than expected! read more

Sassy cakes, did an Alice and wonderland theme cake and cupcakes for my daughters 6 birthday. The designs was spot on to what we asked for! Not only did they look amazing but the cake was so amazingly moist that everyone was talking about it!!! Each flavor was was better than the last!!! We will always have sassy make our cakes! What a win for us!!! I can't wait for the next party!!! Sassy made our daughter happy, they made me extremely happy ( and I am hard to please). And they made our guests happy!!!! We got married at the Naples Bay Resort on New Years Eve 2017 and Sassy Cakes prepared our wedding cake and desserts. The wedding cake was a white almond wedding cake with buttercream frosting, absolutely amazing! Jazmine also prepared chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting, cannolis and cream puffs. LOVE this place!! I could live off the sea salt caramel and orange creme cupcakes they're so delicious! The cupcakes are the perfect amount of sweet, not too overbearing that they give you a stomach ache! The new owner, Jazmine, was so young and bubbly and very helpful! Cute store, very bright and fun that's tucked away downtown.
