All the meals are freshly prepared and absotly deliscious, my fav being the caesar salad or the carbonara. My children love the spag bol on the kids menu. The seating is very comfatable, and i also think the lay out of the restaurant is really good, as there seems plenty of room round the table etc, and ample leg room, which is really nice especially with the chain restaurants and cafes normally trying to jam pople in everywhere. The staff are always really nice and very efficient and i have never had a bad experience there. I also recently hired there upstairs room for a party, which was fantastic - well worth it. Highly reccomend this restaurant.

I ordered a toasted ciabatta sandwich which consisted of a stone-baked ciabatta with filling. Stone-baked gives it a distintictive flavour. It was filed with avocado, tomato and mozzarella cheese. It was served with fries and a salad. It was very filling and good value. The restaurant has a great atmosphere- very Italy in the Summer and is brightly decorated. The staff are friendly and polite and I would recommend a visit. There's a lunch menu, dinner, kids and parties menu so the place cna be visited with a number of different people for various occasions.

Not usually my meal but I decided to try a British meal - signature mixed grill with chicken breast, pork sausage, black pudding, gammon steak (ham), and steak. Not leaving the fried egg out. Very interesting plate. Wish I had more vegetables but this is a good plate. Chicken and the sausage were my favorite on the plate. Went in 21st December to pay the remaining and use my friends and family dis count of 15% as I was told you need to consume the food before they can discount it. So we added everything up and I added a drinks order aswell so i knew how much to take with me on the day. My self and family got there and got a shirty waitress who said there is no booking. She went over to the manger then rushed a table with out festive setting. Bare in mind the whole pub tables had festive napkins ,crackers and candles. 2 different table put together and one was shorter. Looked terrible . Waited half hour to be told the manager had forgotten our drinks order. Exhausted at this time. I let my daughter take over talking and ordering as I was near yo tears . I then got up to go to the toilet and had an ipad put in my face by the manager to say it stated we canceled went backwards and forwards with the manager like at a Christmas panto! Like I didn't cancle oh yes you did. The manager went to the till I went to my daughter to ask if we had an email and she said no. I went back to the till and saw canceled by host in red letters and a white line through it. I said you canceled it. Food was below average as my prawn cocktail was swimming in water. Really, really nice. A nice varied menu too, ranging from the aforementioned brie through fish and chips, and out into creme brulee. I'm not a drinker, but the prices seem to be in line with other pubs in the area, most drinks being in the £3 - £4 range. Tea/coffee in the ~ £1.50 area.
