In 2005 Ron Geffner and Doug Hirsch from Sadis &Goldberg set up a Private Placement Memorandum for…read moreme and my companies. They charged me $37k. In 2006, Doug did some extra work for me as a former employer had stolen over $100k from me in commissions. He charged me of course. In 2008, FINRA charged me with "not upholding high standards" for my email exchange with the principals of that Broker Dealer who had stolen money from me. It was two years from the date of the emails and my licenses had already lapsed. Doug wouldn't even back his own work and I ended up having to hire a new lawyer and I was initially suspended for 10 days and fined $10k and then Finra appealed their own decision and I was suspended one year and fined $50k for a simple email exchange that Doug had mediated. Doug would not lift a finger to help me or even write a letter to Finra or the NAC. In 20010, the CFTC sued me and my fund for a "simple registration violation". I asked Ron Geffner to please gte me the documents from 2005 to prove the fund was exempted properly. He ignored my requests. In 2017 I asked Ron to write an amicus brief to the Court. He wrote back to me that, "it wasn't his area of practice." So, I am writing to all you people in hedge funds or in financial services to stay clear of Geffner, Hirsch and Sadis & Goldberg. They are nothing but scumbags. I wouldn't be surpised if they work with regulators in getting charges brought so they can make more money. As a former SEC attorney, I wouldn't doubt Geffner doing something like that. He doesn't stand behind his work and he cannot be trusted.

When you get involved you are told your 10% is the fee and you pay after you receive your recovery funds. I been under there firm since July we are in September. My funds are recovered they refused to release my funds. Per the refusal the firm loaned me 4000.00 because I was not aware of all the extra fees. I didn't have 4000.00 with all of the unforseen fees, I asked the law firm for help it was loan to me. Mind you fees are not paid until after you receive your funds. From my understanding the Senior Management advised the attorney who's handling my case my funds are under there protection which would not get released until I pay 4000 plus the 10%. Remember you don't pay until funds are released. Eric Friedman stated not to release my funds. I paid the 10% on September 18, 2025 to show good faith and promise my funds would be released because I haven't paid $4000.00 this Eric Friedman didn't care about the 10%. Why would I get help from the attorney with the 4000.00. Obviously I don't have 4000.00. When you call the law office everyone pretends like they don't know what's going on. They will lie and say our law firm doesn't do this and they do which is f---ing weird. They are holding funds per there were several victims who didn't pay there 10% after funds were released. In which has nothing to do with me. I even offered just deduct the funds. I don't care I need my funds to get my life back. You think this law firm care you use your whole paycheck and left with 5.00. This is a Billion dollar company. This law firm has all the means on locating the other victims who bailed.
