We also wanted to rent a hot box to keep the food warm during the day they also said we could not use it because they needed it themselves and suggested we just put the food in coolers because "it works the same." It was chopped up well and had a nice smoky flavor to it. The Mac and cheese was a thicker style but needed a little more flavor to it. Baked beans had a more neutral flavor to them, they added a fair amount of pepper to them to help with flavor. Not bad at all.
