I called Sew It Alterations and asked if thy knew how to do military uniforms, and they said yes. Two weeks later when I showed up to pick up my uniform, my patches were sewed on my jacket, pointed 45 degrees backwards. I told them it was wrong and asked them to fix it. Again I showed them pictures and explained how it should look. I went back a week later and it was wrong still. I took my uniform to another alterations shop, where the owner immediately noticed the issue, and removed the patches and fixed it. Do NOT use Sew It Alteration for your military uniforms!

Now the owner is completing ignoring my messages, deletes reviews (not only mine) and comments off her facebook & Instagram page. She is refusing to give a refund on a product I never received. Order was placed on Sep 29th 2020 and the last message I received regarding the order was Dec 1st 2020 when the owner acknowledge the fact that order was not completed/shipped and stated it was still non-refundable.
