Considering it's an outlet, everything was pretty organized and easy to find. They have some fantastic brands: Kate Spade, Ted Baker, Hugo Boss, Armani Exchange, Trina Turk, to name a few. Let's talk about prices: Ted Baker t-shirts for $10, Kate Spade purse for $60, Hugo Boss polo for $50. You cannot beat those prices. We picked up a blazer that retailed for $595 down to $40. If you like to shop, this is the spot for you. I really wish this store was closer to home, I'd be there every week!

for as long as i've been living in tulsa within two different eras, i don't recall there ever being…read morean outlets here (tulsa hills was the closest thing to it). this was a big deal to me for outlets finally coming here, especially always hearing about this happening in the near future, to being built, to officially being here. when it comes to tulsa and something brand new, i tend to wait some time before i check it out. for the first visit, we went during the week & it wasn't bad at all as far as it being packed. you have the usuals here: nike, adidas, journey's, crocs, etc (my go-to spots when it comes to outlets). i shop here strictly for shoes & i will say they have a very good adidas store. i tend to cap off my visits with getting something from tea bear teahouse (i've been there a handful of times). i'm glad there's an area i can finally shop at without having to wait to see when's the next time i'll be able to in okc (which is what i originally did before this one took place).

No food court but it has a restaurant (Los Cabos) and a few other places to eat. The directory is a great place to find current sales and events. When I was there, J Crew Factory was having the big sale. However, price was the same as online. I was hoping to find cheaper deals in store. Workers inside outlet mall were nice. They were helpful and willing to check their inventories to look for the right fit. It was a good first visit. With more stores available with its opening, I no longer have to drive elsewhere to pick up online orders to avoid the shipping fees. J crew factory is one of the stores for me.

At check out there was a flag on the computer saying there was a discrepancy. One pair came up at $2 and one was $4.50. The customer service lady insisted on making both of them $2 - and I WASN'T ASKING! The store was clean and organized. And everyone was NICE! We almost ran over a couple in the parking lot and they waved us on while smiling. THAT would never happen in Chicago.

I directed her to Walmart for a replacement tire…read more The employee refused to sell her one tire, saying they all needed to be replaced because of tread depth. They had 1/2 life left. I have them rotated every oil change and they are 80 thousand mile tires with 40 thousand miles on them. He tried to sell her 4 new tires for 400.00+ dollars when she only needed one tire. She called me and as I was cussing and telling her that Walmart was upselling & taking advantage of her being a woman, the employee was apologizing and saying it wasn't him. Its Walmart policy. A competitor sold us one tire. This is why I hate Walmart. Avoid like the plague.

It has a large jewelry and fragrance section. This holiday season, I'll be getting some of the ladies in my family box sets of luxurious bath and body care items. There are lots of perfume and men's cologne sampler packs that would also make good gifts. There is also a home section with lots of bedding sets, dishes and silverware. Again, some really great gift opportunities. Workers were all over the store and they asked many times if I needed assistance with anything. I plan to shop there more often in the future. I had…read morenever shopped with Belk before and noticed all the banners on the website about how easy returns were if you weren't happy with a purchase. I checked the size chart and ordered the appropriate size but when it arrived it was extremely too large. I couldn't find any information on the website about how to do an exchange so I called the customer service number and was told the gift recipient would have to pay shipping to send the item back and then reorder it, at a higher price, and pay for shipping again. When I told them this is horrible because she just wanted to smaller size, they said the only way to exchange is in store. The nearest store is almost 1,800 miles away. I'll never purchase anything from them again.

Absolutely sick about the way my family and I were treated here today…read more My daughters, 9 and 11, love going to this store to antique shop every time we come into town to visit my mom. Today, I took off work early to make sure I took them to all the shops on Grand. Our last stop was here. After shopping for almost two hours, the 3 year old was wanting out of his stroller to stretch, and we always have trouble with the elevator anyway, so I let him out. I know my kid, and I told him not to touch, just look. He and I were in the 1st floor smelling candles when he decided to start upstairs. My two daughters and mother were up there so I grabbed the last candle I wanted and headed up. Before I could make it to the top of the stairs, some woman working started YELLING for someone to come get their kid. I said "I'm his mom I got him" she continued to raise her voice and lecture me about letting him walk around until I finally raised mine back and asked her to calm down. I then put my son back In His stroller and waited while my mother checked out. I had 4 candles already on the check out counter, that my daughters had picked out, and I said I would no longer like to buy them because if the way I was just treated. I explained that I was not just letting my toddler run in a store, he had just walked off and I was headed to get him. She cut me off, continued to be rude and told me I needed to put my stuff back where I got it I told her she was very unprofessional when all she had to do was express that my toddler made her nervous in the shop and I would have put him back in his stroller and bought the candles. But since she yelled and lectured me for no reason, I didn't feel like I owed her anything. Best part- as we're walking out she yells "don't ever bring your kids in my shop again" My kids did NOTHING wrong. This woman, older with shorter brown hair, made my 9 year old cry because it's her favorite place to go and she thinks she's no longer allowed in there. Me and my kids deserve an apology. All we have ever done is support the local shops in this town, that one in particular, and it was very disheartening. Shame on that "adult" for the way she treated us...

It took me an hour just to skim quickly. I'll definitely plan to come back with more time to look around. You'll find everything from fun fashion (quirky socks), unique accessories, home decor, candles, gifts, and more. There's also a place to eat at the back, Evie's Cafe. I think they organize events to promote vendors.
