Should going to a RV lot be like going to a car lot? One would think the concept would be similar, especially if they plan on selling a RV. Apparently by the standard of customer service they couldn't sell ice water in hell! We walked around the lot for 45 min in the hot sun and not one person was to be found. After exploring we came across two RV's that we had some questions about. We walked inside and was greeted by a glare from an associate sitting at a desk texting. Another man sitting at a desk asked us if we needed something. We asked about the one RV and we were wondering if it came in a shorter length. He proceeded to say no and that the length that they had was unsafe for our vehicle and that a jeep is not meant to haul what he has etc... We are not idiots and we already knew that hence why we asked for a shorter length! He basically brushed off the rest of our questions in a condescending manner and handed us a brochure. If and when we buy a RV it will not be here!!! I would rather drive the extra miles and go somewhere, where they know how to treat a potential customer! Several months later we did in fact purchase a camper, but not from here! We traveled to Haydocy Airstream in Columbus Ohio, where the customer service was phenomenal! They know how to delight! Ok, so if you approach Delightful Days with the right mindset you will have a decent experience. Basically when you walk in it is like walking into the set of Duck Dynasty. It is mostly family run and not kidding you will see the beards These fellas aren't city-fied sales people. They don't seek you out. You find them and they will help you. They operate like relaxed good ole country boys. You are in the country when you are here. Just expect that and you will have a decent experience. I can only fully review the store and service department side because we have been bringing our various RV motorhomes here over the years (have never shopped for a camper from them). Butch is THE guy you want to be in touch with in the service dept. He will make sure to do a great repair job for you. Honestly if anything ever happens to Butch I am not sure where we would go. We have tried other RV shops around Cincinnati for service and have been sorely disappointed. Butch provides honest service in our experience and I highly recommend trying them if your RV needs maintenance. read more

Walked in to find a guy at the first desk inside the door ask us in an annoyed tone if he could help us. Rude, rude man. He popped off right away when I wanted to talk prices. He seemed to think our money wasn't something we should be concerned about, and our questions annoyed the heck out of him. I took my money elsewhere, this place has NO gratitude whatsoever to their customers, even though their customers are what keeps them in business. I spent $9,000 on a custom motorcycle trailer and felt like I was rushed off the lot after they hooked up my vehicle. I paid $350 to have my electric brakes installed and told the salesman I wanted the old wiring removed. I found out later they tied into the old wiring and took a short cut even though I paid the full price. A week later I had electrical issues that cost $700 to get fixed. And now my tow haul is no longer working at all. The custom trailer looks really nice from a distance but up close it is sloppy workmanship. They also put what looks like and old used exhaust fan in it. It looked like it collected thick dust and the fan made a loud noise when I turned it on. I was advised by a co-worker not to go to Delightful Days but we don't have a lot of options in this area. I will drive for days for my RV which will be purchased in the next year or so. My research says to go Way out west, North West or just North anything. I was wanting a class C Sun Seeker but all I see is bad reviews on that as well. Rude. When asked how much I wanted to spend and what I was towing it with I answered "I don't know" because my budget was open and I have several options for towing. I guess this was funny because 2 salesmen began laughing. I should have walked then but I wanted to see what they had to offer. Salesman did not seem to interested in selling. Used campers were inadequate for my needs. New campers were OK but I could not get over being laughed at. I would NOT recommend this dealer. Perhaps they should have asked "what are you going to use the camper for? " This was a bad experience. read more

I am relocating to KY and state laws require a fire marshall inspection for my travel trailer in order to get a Kentucky license plate. The only place to do this in Northern Kentucky is Delightful Days RV. So I made an appointment. On the phone, customer service was lacking. I was hoping for better service when I arrived. That did not happen. The man behind the service desk barely made an effort to help me when I arrived. Finally another man came out of the repair area and offered some help. I was left to wait and wonder alot. I was a potential new customer for them with a brand of travel trailer they service. It is sad that apparently they did not want my business. Also, I did want to make some other purchases while I was there. The service was so poor that I returned the items to the shelf. They did not offer any help or inquire if I needed anything else. After my inspection, the inspector went off to talk with a friend. I was left waiting. Another employee had to finally go find him so my paperwork could be completed. This is my first and last visit to Delightful Days. There was nothing delightful about this visit. read more
