After the quote was made they called me back and found additional damage to my vehicle. I was happy to hear that from them and they contacted the insurance company and Informed them of the damage. They also notice some other scrapes scratches. I was asked if I wanted those repaired as well. I did say yes and they billed me separate for the repairs. The out come of the car was very good. And the quality of work was top notch. They cleaned my car on the inside as well. This store kept me involved in the process and had the repair done on time. A few weeks after I received a thank you card in the mail. It was nice to have this personal touch in today's electronic life.
