I scheduled an oil change with JDM and waited for over an hour for the oil change to be completed. Then once they said the car was ready they informed me that the technician damaged the hood of my car by raising the car with the hood open and the hood hit the ceiling of their building. Now I have to resolve the damage and deal with the body shop. Very Negligent!!. I would not recommend them under any circumstances. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! read more

When Jose repaired / fixed my mother's door back in November he told her when she was ready to have her coolant leak repaired to give him a call and he would perform a flush for free to find the leak and give her a quote to fix it. True to his word, my mother showed up yesterday and Jose flushed for free and found the leak in the radiator. We went ahead and had him replace the radiator, and he had it finished, filled it with coolant, and ready to go within 24 hours and for a great price!! I have been putting off getting brake repair for far too long. I found JDM on Yelp and sent them a message. JDM was able to get me in the same week and the brake service was completed even faster than they quoted me! I ended up needing to take a work call during my appointment and they had free Wi-Fi and an outlet I could use for my computer in the waiting room. I brought my own coffee, but they have drinks and snacks available while you wait. Most impressive to me, was that while I was there multiple clients called to re-book with Jose for additional services. I'll definitely be one of those repeat customers in the future! read more

Jose (owner/technician) answered the phone, scheduled me right away, was fully transparent before scheduling me for a visit. Upon arrival, located in a business district, I was impressed with the snacks available and how quiet it was (small office). I felt comfortable while I waited for my vehicle and worked from my computer. upon further inspection, Jose informed me of the difficulty of the repair and gave me education and options for moving forward (both carried their own risk). As a team we decided on the best possible method to move forward and I didn't feel pressured. Our truck wouldn't start this morning. Tried jumping it, to no avail. Took a deep breath and went to try again... and on the 10th time it finally started. Reached out to Yelp and JDM Auto Pros was the only one to respond right away. He said bring it in and he would take a look. (The dealer said they could only look at it in a week.) Needless to say, we went to the guy who could look at it today. We thought it was a starter issue as he ruled out the battery and alternator. Within 3 hours and a few hundred dollars (not thousands), he had a new starter installed and the truck was ready. A+ service, nice and honest guy. read more

If you are looking for an honest and reliable car repair shop look no further! JDM Auto Pros, was fast to diagnose the cause of my brake light and error codes. Called my warranty company and got estimate. Schedule apt and replace my wheel hubs a few days later. Even though I decided to replace scared rotors and stressed brake pads. (showed me the parts) He only charged me for his cost for the parts since he was replacing the Hubs anyway. He explains everything, very professional, and completed the work faster than expected.
