Really a shout out to the nice young man (Nathan?) with the earrings that jammed on our flower arrangement. We're on our way to Troy corewell to welcome another grandchild into our brood, when the notion of daisies occurs to us. It is the flower of the month. We give this young man a dollar amount and a baby bear ceramic and in ten minutes he presents us with a masterpiece. The store was so nice. The different fragrances from all the flowers. The huge selection of gift items to choose from. He could've took longer and we wouldn't have complained. We were so pleased that we tried to give him another $20 for a tip and he refused it! Grabbed some flowers for mom or rather a plant for her bleated birthday. Jenny helped me out. She's attentive, friendly and helpful too. Picked out a nice plant that could grow and sprawl over time. They have a little greenhouse and it's filled with wonderful little live plants. The plants and flowers are reasonably priced. I have this awesome sprawling plant in the back greenhouse they've grown for five years. It's huge and gorgeous. read more

I have a funeral to attend this weekend and asked for a quote for exactly what I was looking for. Jenny was happy to assist me and to add an 8x8 picture on wood to the arrangement. The time and care that went into helping me and also the superior customer service while choosing the dish for the arrangement and offering the complimentary card was such a great experience. Little place on 15 mile aka Maple Road, a delightful shop with fresh healthy flowers to pick or get arrangements. I come usually for my husband's birds of paradise for my anniversary treat to him. The young lady this week was so helpful, she helped me make the arrangement so handsome. She was thoughtful and took care to open the heavy door for me. You don't get service like that anymore. For that alone I give them 5 stars. I love all the little things they have and bought a beautiful glass pumpkin for candles or flowers to display. Just a light, airy feel to the shop. Gave them three tries, and the worst one was the worst service of them all. My boyfriend tried to send me flowers on my birthday, not only did they not deliver them, but they also didn't leave a note, or call either of us. After my boyfriend had to call and deal with this issue while on a business triip. They delivered them an hour n half after they said they would be at my house, and when I received them, the flowers were already dying and wilting, and he balloon was half deflated.... I was so upset that they ruined such a thoughtful and great surprise i called to speak to the owner and she was extremely rude to me and made it sound like my dead flowers were my fault. The two times previous to eggs event the flowers were dead in a matter of days. I have received flowers from Kroger that last triple the amount of time. If you use them I hope it's not for q special event! read more

I have been using Della's for years but I just had an amazing experience I wanted to share. I ordered funeral flowers. They were for a college roommate so I wanted CMU colors. I went in and ordered a vased arrangement, bringing a maroon and gold bow I had made and my own custom card. I asked for white flowers with maroon accents. The flowers were beautiful! The family liked them so much they were brought to church and put next to her picture and also graveside and used on the table next to the urn of her ashes. I never expected this but was so honored to have my flowers used both places. It meant so much to me - thanks again Della's! read more
