We give this young man a dollar amount and a baby bear ceramic and in ten minutes he presents us with a masterpiece. The store was so nice. The different fragrances from all the flowers. The huge selection of gift items to choose from. He could've took longer and we wouldn't have complained. We were so pleased that we tried to give him another $20 for a tip and he refused it! Picked out a nice plant that could grow and sprawl over time. They have a little greenhouse and it's filled with wonderful little live plants. The plants and flowers are reasonably priced. I have this awesome sprawling plant in the back greenhouse they've grown for five years. It's huge and gorgeous.

What I do recognize that mistakes can happen , but when they do any ethical company apologies and makes compensation or corrects the problem !
