Unfortunately, only the Express top made it out alive; the Cache dress could at least be saved, but the Cache wrap top was absolutely mangled. I was charged $25 to have the shoulder straps shortened on the dress, but when I received it, one strap was longer than the other, so it does not fit correctly. For the Cache wrap top, I requested a simple hemming job. Rather than correctly hemming the shirt, they hemmed the back (too short) and gathered all the lower fabric in the front, folded it over on itself, and sewed it into the side of the shirt, creating a bulge and ultimately making the shirt smaller overall. The seam does not even go straight up the side. Moreover, the Cache blouse still had the store tags on it, and Yong Cleaners removed the tag without explanation (or permission). When I went in to resolve the situation, the tailor refused to let me put the garments on to show him the problems, and he adamantly insisted he had not touched the side of the shirt and bunched all of the fabric in there. He claimed, repeatedly, that it was manufactured that way. (I have since gone to a private tailor, who showed me that, indeed, Yong Cleaners had altered the side; she pointed out the original manufacturing.) Ultimately, Yong Cleaners refused to fix the dress or shirt; to refund me the cost of the shirt since it had been ruined; or to refund the tailoring cost at the very least. This was a total waste of time & money and easily one of my worst experiences as a buyer ever. If you have nice clothes and are looking for a professional tailor, this is NOT the place to go! I wish I had never set foot there, especially with such nice, new clothes!!!

Kelci, the Laundromat manager, promised to sort colors and whites, but even did better! Our order was a big jumble when it arrived, but Kelci beautifully sorted everything -- sheets and towels, pants, shirts, socks and underwear all placed in separate see-through plastic bags that made putting everything away so much easier than expected. Kelci was very modest about what she did for us, but her work was truly above and beyond. While we hope to avoid our pest problem in the future, when we need a Laundromat for any reason, we'll be back with Kelci and North End Suds!

Who can say, but it's so clean! 3) I think it was literally Christmas Day, some holiday anyway, and the Google entry for the business says open every day, and I texted right thru Google I think, but I texted to ask is they were for true open that day and I expected either an automatic text response with their hours or like, nothing at all. It seemed a long shot, but I was having a laundry emergency, and I swear, in like two minutes I got a real live response, from a PERSON, who assured me that yes indeed, they were open. It was a Christmas miracle, I'm still talking about it and that was like 8 months ago. I don't know how this place exists in the real world and isn't just a figment of idealism and convenience, but it's there. If you have an issue with any of the machines the morning staff will tell you it's your fault for not using your eyes, or that you did something wrong. The Asian lady is rude to children as well.
