My daughter had 2 significant surgeries w Dr Dabney; scoliosis and muscle/tendon releases. He is VERY tenacious in making the surgery deliver to the patient expectation, achieving the outcome by making necessary decisions in surgery. He visited us in the hospital after surgery, typically 2x a day and on weekends. He came in on a Sunday to remove STICKY bandages while she was 'under' for a different procedure so that she wouldn't have to be uncomfortable having bandages removed while awake. Really so considerate and thoughtful. A gracious and gentle man. WHAT A FIND!! We are so thankful to make him part of our health team!! We love you Dr Dabney!!!!

I had a very positive impression with Dr. Fisher at first. After some persuasion, he agreed to do a…read morerather complex spine surgery for me to hopefully solve years of pain. I went through all of the testing and processed to prep for the surgery. A week before the scheduled surgery date my insurance company denied the claim. Dr. Fishers assistant told me she was filing an appeal with the insurance company. She said it would take 6-12 months to hear anything back, and also told me not to call for updates, she would call me when she heard something. I called a few times, regardless, to see if there was any progress. Just after the 12 month mark on my final call, Dr. Fishers assistant apologized and told me she had never actually filed the appeal and I had to meet with him again to start the whole process over. When I met with Dr. Fisher he did not accept any responsibility, and told me it was my fault. He said I should have been doing a better job checking in with his assistant throughout that year, and basically washed his hands of the whole thing. I didn't return to see him after this.

He came in, told me there is nothing wrong with your feet. He recommended New Balance shoes. There is a NB store across street. The 10% off coupon helped a lot. The shoes have basically taken care of the pain. He also wrote a prescription for physical therapy for a month. I didn't go because my feet at much better.
