I cannot say enough positive things about the service we received from Delmarva locksmith. We were on vacation in OCMD and our only car key fell out of an unknown rip at the bottom of our backpack. Mr. Lugasi not only came to our rescue quickly but took it upon himself to thoroughly search our car to make sure our key wasn't inside before beginning to work on our new key. He was able to replace the key in no time so we could continue with our original plans of taking our children to the beach. OK people ..... You know when you are having a LONG day... Everything seems to just go on and on and nothing is going your way. Well, we were having one of those days. thinking we are going to have a great vacation at ocean city , We got to our summer home around 4 am, just to find that we were locked out. When we went a day trip to Ocean City, the last thing we though would happen was that we would lock our keys in our car with everything in it except a mobile phone. It was hot and having three little kids ranging from the age of 6-1 years of age is not a good situation. The first locksmith we called said he wouldn't be able to arrive for an hour and a half! It was an amazing job. I lost the key to the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I called the Delmarva Locksmith Service Company. Keren Lugasi came to me from Ocean City on Saturday night, an hour after our phone conversation. His car had a modern workshop inside with machine tools and computers. In less than 20 minutes, he made and programmed a new key for me. He was also an interesting conversationalist. Managed to lose the set of keys to my RV in the ocean! So sad!! I luckily had a spare for the doors and ignition, but all of my little RV compartment keys would need to be replaced. So I flushed my keys down the toilet at my job and I also locked myself out at one in the morning... on a Sunday. Well I called flash locksmith and Richard directed me to Delmarva locksmith; reason being they could help me out a bit more because they made keys. The battery on my combination door lock died over the winter and I showed up to my ocean city condo with my two kids in tow, food for the week and couldn't get in. Completely awesome in every facet of service. I lost my keys upon arriving from TN and he was a lifesaver. Came out quickly and provided a new key within minutes of arriving. It was an overall great experience and even found my set of keys eventually. I called a couple places besides this one to get a new key made cause I had lost my car key on the board walk and I was stranded down ocean city I only had 200$ and I called other places that make car keys and I told them my situation n that I only had 200 they hung the phone up and wasn't profecianal and very ignorant So I call Delmarva locksmith and I told them my situation they where very profecional and they helped me instead of 250 I got it done for 200 if I was in oc stranded again I will deff call Delmarva locksmith read more

I lost my car key while walking on the beach to see the sunset. I was staying in Chincoteague on my own - only me and my dog. I found Meir on the Internet and called him. He responded immediately and was ready to help. Before several other companies told me I had to tow my car to the closest car dealership which was almost 2 hours away. Meir arrived to Chincoteague and managed to reprogram a new key, which was a very intricate procedure with all the electronics inside the key. It was a huge relief! I was dumb enough to forget my keys in my pocket while going out into the ocean waters, then realizing theyre gone. 5 stars. I ended up forgetting my car keys in my car trunk at an AirBnb; a gentlemen showed up and in 30-40 seconds managed to open the trunk from the outside of the vehicle. I asked how much he owed me, and he asked for 90. I gave a 10 dollar tip for a no-hassle interaction. I think it's a reasonable price given the time it took for him to arrive here (50-60 minutes) and for an honest mistake. Exactly what I needed, and friendly service too. It was November 3rd and 80 degrees. Took my dog, who loves the beach, to play. When I loaded everything back into the trunk I accidently and hurriedly closed it to load the dog in the car and realized I had grabbed the house keys and left the car keys inside. I called Del Mar lock and they were there in the promised 20 minutes and approx. 20 minutes after that he had a key made and we were on our way. Great service but he's not cheap.
