Over the last 5 years I have been living in Rehoboth Beach, DE but this in the best service I have ever received from any contractor in DE. On Friday, June 20, 2025, I noticed that my AC was not working and so I got on the internet to find a company. I put in my request on Yelp and within few minutes I received and called from Yelp. I told the Yelp agent that my central AC was not working and I was looking for someone to come out and fix it for me, The agent said she was not sure if any contractor could come out to fix my AC for another two to three weeks. However she said hold on as a technical had become available and would speak with me. Mark Bowman from Comfort Experts Heating & Air came on the line and he said it was a busy day for him, but he will be able to stop by my house on his way to Deway Beach, DE. Mark came to my house and inspected the AC unit and he was able to fix it. He updated me on everything he was doing and informed me of his findings. He was able to fix my AC unit. Full disclosure- I have no connections to this company. They were referred to me by my property manager when the AC went out on July 4 at a home I own and rent out weekly in Lewes, DE. I cannot say enough fantastic things about Mark and the company. First, Mark was at the house within three hours and called me immediately with the issue. He was so efficient and while he doesn't perform magic, he had the clogged line change asap - and when that didn't fully solve the problem, he was right back there with his crew with minimal disruption to the guests. Our Trane A/C unit stopped working after 9 years. We were fortunate to find Comfort Experts on Yelp. After leaving a message at 7:30 am, I got a call back from Leeann within a short time. Mark diagnosed the problem over the phone and scheduled a visit for a couple of hours later. This was amazing! I thought we would have to wait at least a week. Mark and Chris came right on schedule that same morning and were able to replace a part. Our unit was working perfectly within a short time and for a reasonable cost. We were very impressed with their service and professionalism. All three of them have been a pleasure to work with. NO AC in this extremely hot July week. Called Mark from Comfort Experts and within minutes had a return call. Mind you, this was a Sunday afternoon. The issue was diagnosed as a compressor failure and the part was not available for 3-5 days from his usual provider. He went "over and above" to find one and have it shipped next day. He was even willing to put in a temporary unit to help us through, which we refused. They got the compressor unit installed IN THE POURING RAIN with umbrellas covering him and the unit while his other employees hovered around him. Looked like a critical surgery going on...
