I moved here from out of state last summer midway through my pregnancy and I must say, after a boat load of visits and a successful repeat c section, Dr nukuna, Dr Arnold and the rest of the staff are incredible people! From the nurses to the receptionists, everyone is so friendly and caring. Dr nukuna was my surgeon and did an amazing job and checked on me every day in the hospital. Dr Arnold is newer there and she is just a delight, always so happy and cheerful. Everyone is professional and take their time to address your questions or needs. I've been to 3 different ob gyn practices now in 3 different states and this one is my fave! read more

The doctors are nice, and the care is good. As with many doctors' offices, it's sometimes hard to get in touch and get an appointment as quickly as I would prefer, but they do their best. No idea why the 1 star reviews here, I'm much happier with this practice than a previous one, and it was recommended by a friend whose judgement I trust. read more

Completely unprofessional and disorganized! They called me 15 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive at their office and cancelled my appointment. When I made the appointment I specifically told them I was from out of town and needed a one time appointment for a Non-Stress Test (NST) as I was 34 weeks pregnant. So it was an unwelcome surprise to receive a call from them (practically as I was turning into their parking lot for my appt) claiming that they couldn't see me and referring me to a hospital instead! And of course they were wholly unwilling to help navigate the insurance repercussions of me going to a hospital rather than a doctor office. They left me in quite a bind because I needed an NST done and they failed me, which actually puts my pregnancy at risk. It's terrible that they would handle people this way, much less someone in the last stages of pregnancy. Very unprofessional, beware! read more

Very dissatisfied with how they handle business. I had been a patient since 2009 and recently received a letter in the mail for a bill saying I missed an appointment and had to pay $25.00 for "not showing". I called them after receiving the letter & told them I had not made an appointment and I was not even in the state of DE the day the appointment was for, nor was I aware of it. They said the May appointment was made in February by me, which I said is impossible because I had already known in January I would be in FL in May. They said they will not cancel the fee, and I still had to pay it. I said well if I had an appointment why wasn't I given a reminder a couple days before. They said they had called and left a voicemail on my phone the day before. When I asked them what the phone number was, it was not my phone number at all. Afterwards, I called the phone number that they had "left a voicemail on" and it was a disconnected line. Clearly if their employees will lie about leaving a voicemail, they would lie about accidentally making a mistake in booking appointments. I said if I have to pay the fee then take me off their patient list. They said "okay", and that was that. $25.00 is more important to them then their patients apparently. read more

I love this office.. Dr. Nakuna delivered my daughter and she was fantastic! Be prepared for a little wait time in the office but its totally worth it. Any time that I called the office during my pregnancy they were able to get me in immediately! Dr. Arnold is also amazing as well, I truly enjoyed my visits with her! read more
