I have been to numerous chiropractors since I was a teen. DeLong Family Chiropractic is by far the most impressive practice I've ever seen. I had some time constraints getting started and they worked with me on that. They took X-rays - I was truly surprised at how crooked my spine was. They set up a treatment plan just for me. The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me. They also have an app that includes exercise videos and so much more. I came in with lower back pain and sciatica. My treatment plan was implemented in 3 phases. I am at the end of phase three and I can honestly say MY PAIN IS GONE! I still do my at-home exercises and will for the rest of my life. DeLong Family Chiropractic is unlike any Chiropractic Facility I've ever been to and I've been using chiropractors for decades to manage health issues, many lingering from years of high school and college wrestling as well as 10 years of banging my head as a professional rock & roll road musician. From the friendly faces at the front desk (Illene & Celina) personally greetinf you when you walk in to Ramsey in the warm up area, everything is just a super professional setup. They have at least 4 chiropractors on staff, Candi in Xray and Shannon does the Softwave Therapy which I highly recommend. Softwave dramatically reduces inflammation and accelerates tissue regeneration and is amazing! If you are looking for a top shelf organization at reasonable prices, I highly recommend DeLong Chiropractic. I want to start with the good. Everyone is very nice. Dr DeLong is extremely knowledgeable, explains things in great detail and makes sure you understand everything. However, I am not a fan of the atmosphere that has been established at this facility. It gives intimidating vibes. It's also quite pricey. I've been to chiropractors before and they usually took 10-15 minutes to adjust me. Dr DeLong took less than 2 minutes. Which rubbed me the wrong way. I paid $55 for that session. I felt disrespected. I want to reiterate that I believe in DrDeLong's ability to correct my or anyone else's back. I was just pushed away by a few things. read more

My children and I have been faithful clients to Delong Family Chiropractics for over two years. They have changed our health and lives in so many ways but managed to do something incredible this last week. On Tuesday night I got the call I've been dreading for almost two years, someone we have been around tested positive for COVID-19. My first instinct as a Mom was that my family needs to be adjusted as soon as possible; lucky for us, they squeezed us in first thing Wednesday morning. Shortly after our adjustment, my 14 year old developed a headache and a fever... as hard as it was, we monitored the fever and let it do it's job through the night (something I also learned from Dr Brent). Thursday morning her symptoms had improved and were completely gone by Thursday night. I have no doubt that had we not gotten that adjustment my daughter would have been another positive stati. Without Delong Family Chiropractics I would have never known that a fever can be helpful or that a clean diet, vitamins, exercise, sunshine, fresh air, and hydration would strengthen our immune defenses during such a critical time. They are so much more than just an adjustment... they teach you a better way to manage your health and give you the power to change your quality of life. read more

I sought out Delong clinic for a long term neck and lower back issue I've had for years. First off the Dr. showed intent interest in my condition. once my scheduled treatments began it was a much different matter. I was rushed through and rushed out of the actual adjustment process. And after several visits and upon my observance I noticed every patient was rushed through in the same manner as I was. I highly doubt that every patient seeking relief at Delong was suffering from the exact same issues as I but I noticed each patient was receiving basically the same adjustment process as I. Bottom line after 7-8 adjustments i noticed no improvement in my symptoms. it just showed the signs of a " one process fixes all" approach to chiropractic care. No way every patient had the same needs as I did. The cost for this routine treatment sequence is pretty expensive for the low level of change I experienced in my condition. The staff was courteous but all the staff seemed in a rush to process you in and out in short order as possible. I had high hopes for my condition but experienced no change in my symptoms after a series of visits to the clinic. read more

This place is amazing for all ages. Dr. Jill sees babies, kids, pregnant and postpartum patients and is very informative and willing to help at anytime of the day or night. Dr. Brent is the best corrective chiropractor I have ever been to. They care about their patients and have white glove service. I highly recommend this practice! They work wonders! read more

I saw Dr. Jill throughout my pregnancy beginning at 13 weeks. She is absolutely one of the main reasons I was able to stay active and riding my horses into my 3rd trimester. When my daughter was born she had a severe tongue and lip tie and a lot of tension and alignment issues originating from those ties in addition to labor. Dr. Jill has played a vital role since her birth, correcting these issues and helping her to be a happy baby!
