The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me. Well, when I want to cancel the subscription, the Dallas location told me that I can call my local one and they should be able to cancel it for me. I called them, and they told me I have to come in for a consultation. I told them that I am not interested and the Dallas location told me that I should be able to cancel over the phone, and they kept telling me that I have to come in.
