Unlike other law firms, Elliot was one of the few attorneys that didn't charge a fee for the initial consultation. It was FREE (A word you don't hear very often in the legal arena). Once we decided to hire him, we were then billed a flat one time fee, plus, he would receive a reasonable percent of the proceeds should he secure a successful outcome. In the business world this is called "pay for performance," and is much more efficient than burning through thousands of dollars in attorney fees whether the attorney is successful in equitably resolving the legal matter or not. I hired Craig to defend me for a speeding charge in Scottsdale where it was stated that I was going almost twice the posted residential speed limit.
