He articulately explained how hearing loss, if left untreated, would contribute to cognitive decline, and affect other conditions such as diabetes and cardiac disease and high BP. Bottom line, I like him. A lot. He is part of a large practice with lots of support staff, and they all seem to work well together. And he isn't stuffy and full of himself.
