They tell you things and swear they didn't.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They asked me questions about my health history and then said they don't accept the patient's word. If it was the last MRI in Florida, I would travel to another state before I went back to this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I sat there... If I could give 0 stars I would, but only based upon the ultimate unprofessionalism exhibited by the owner, who had a verbal altercation with an employee during my visit there. The threats and screaming that was heard throughout the waiting area, as well as in the exam rooms, that lasted for minimum of 10 minutes and seemingly not behind closed doors, left the patients and their visitors shaking and shocked! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The entire office and professional staff were all extremely efficient and lovely, yet Cherelle was the victim of this man's rage, with profanities and blasphemies that he continuously screamed at her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This experience was totally inexcusable and inappropriately mishandled, and I am sorry that I had failed to record the tirade. As a result, and as an RN, I will not recommend revisiting nor referring Delray MRI to any/all of my patients, family and friends! The owner needs to seek anger management therapy ASAP!! read more

Doctor looked at the CD that I received from my MRI there and said it was so blurry he couldn't even see anything to show my ankle bone

I will not be back!! The tech who needed to put in an IV had no idea what she was doing. She stuck me at least 10 times and kept saying it's my veins however I have infusions every 8 weeks and NEVER had a problem like this before. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it was finally over and I walked back into the waiting room where people asked me what on earth happened to me since I was so bandaged up - both hands, wrists and elbows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have never had such a terrible experience like this one!!!! read more

This facility was reported to Cigna. My MRI records were not sent, over a month. CIGNA had to called the incompetent receptionist. The facility is dirty and equipment is outdated. I needed to redo MRI somewhere else as the films were blurred. Go to a reputable establishment. read more

I cannot say enough about Delray MRI. I never knew this place existed, despite living here for years, so I used a competitor which leaves me quite upset that I didn't know about Delray MRI because it is far superior to that other place. From the ease of scheduling the appointment to checking in to the actual testing to checking out, this place is exemplary. Whitney at the Front Desk is such a doll and Angie, the MRI tech, might just be the best at her craft. If you couldn't tell, I absolutely love Delray MRI and its staff. I highly recommend it and truly believe anyone who makes Delray MRI its go-to will feel the same. 15/10 read more

I should have known better but I needed my results stat. Pain and suffering. As per the previous reviews nothing but poor customer service. The receptionist kept repeating the records will be ready "24 to 48 hours" from the doctor's office and they will have it. Unless they marked it "stat" then that is just too bad, she said. Who knew that was required? Never mind that the Cleveland Clinic and several personal physicians are waiting for my results. Upon my persistence she said you can call back in a few hours. She will not let me know. I must call back indefinitely until I can find out. How regressive and backward. Yes the equipment and the building are old and dated, yes construction is going on at the hospital next door, but at least the attitude could be improved. read more

It was a very good experience compared to other MRIs I have had. Had to get 2 scans at the appointment. They were very professional and made me feel at ease. Easy to get an appointment right away. Clean facility. Great staff. Hooked me up with good music. My wife recommended a sleep mask which I would suggest to anyone going in for one. Would use them again without any hesitation. read more

These people are clueless. Staff is ignorant, management is incompetent and the facility is old and dirty. Their MRI machine only holds up to 300lbs so if your 280 I hope your not claustrophobic. Find a better place to get your imaging done. read more

There are three MRI centers within a mile of each other. I went to this one in error. The woman at the front desk could not have been nicer nor more helpful trying to squeeze me and even calling the doctor's office to have them fax a new script for the procedure. I will return to this center again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR MRIs. The place is not clean and they are absolutely horrible with making you feel comfortable. Please if I could give them -1 stars I would, they were rude and my wife was extremely uncomfortable during her ultrasound. She has severe back pain and the tech continuously poked and probed here. Also, STAY AWAY from a man named Ken Esrig, he was so rude to my wife and refused to be helpful at all when we said she was uncomfortable. read more
