The letter said I have dense breast tissue. The letter said my Dr will get a copy of results that was 7/9/2025 as of today my Dr did not get the results and He called one day they were gone at 12 and the next time nobody answered. I decided to start over at care diagnostics and had Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at the same time and results given right there by the radiologist. My breast tissue is not dense also. The place is cute but I would rather have results I trust than a cute place. So be careful here

I showed the clerk my insurance website, but she said that she couldn't accept it. I had to reschedule it today for the same time. I arrived at 7:30 and waited for someone to arrive at the desk. A tech peeked out of her space and told the patients that there was an emergency and that the regular girl was being replaced. At 7:45 a girl showed up. My appt. was for 8am. The tech did not arrive until 8:10, and my test was delayed yet again for another 15 minutes. No respect for patients' time. I would seek imaging at another location.

Dr Lewis's work and recommendation speaks for it self. Ive dealt with acne for decades. Ive tried everything, I even did accutane before and nothing was helping. I came into her office after being handed her card and I am so thankful that I did. Within a year of her recommendations I was able to rid the acne significantly. In just one year as her patient, Ive seen more progress with my condition than any other doctor I had previously. Her staff is just as helpful, and super personable people who make you feel comfortable. Their professionalism is unmatched, Im guilty of putting the staff through the loop one day. I was having a terrible week and it showed, but they still remained professional, kind and compassionate towards me even when i was being an a**hole, which I know they probably deal with on a daily. Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The nurse practitioner who did my pelvic exam was extremely friendly, professional, and informed me of different blood tests that I can do to detect breast cancer since it runs in my family. The staff kept calling me the wrong name and adding things to my chart that I had to correct. But aside from the receptionists being a little passive aggressive. Arrived at 8:30 for my 8:45 with dr. Phipps. The nurse was calling the 9 am appointment with dr Phipps back to start appt and I had to speak up and say that I have the 8:45. Nurse took me first. Told the nurse my history and why I'm being seen. She asked medical history questions and she said out loud to herself "is there anything else I'm forgetting to ask you?" Nurse left the room and 25 minutes later nurse knocks on the door and asks again what I'm presenting for because the doctor is asking her and she forgot. Mind you, she wrote notes the first time. Doctor Phipps did not physically examine me, only asked questions. Not the friendliest doctor considering it was my first visit. She did not review my records before appointment. I obtained my own records from my old gyno office and emailed to phipp's office. Even called and was told they received them and would attach to my chart. Doctor unaware of my PCOS history. Wanted me to come back for an ultrasound and labs but I told the desk at check out that I do not like their office and I left. Don't waste your time. Ending up leaving at 10 am.

There is a small kitchen area with bottled water kept cold in a mini fridge, a Keurig with K-Cups, and a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. It's those little extras that set this place apart. The medical care is excellent. The medical team is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. The reception staff is welcoming, organized and very friendly. Being open seven days a week is convenient, and it's reassuring to know this level of care is available if you need it. Hopefully you will never need an urgent care, but if you do, I highly recommend this one. They are on Military, just North of Atlantic Ave, in the same plaza as Batteries Plus.
