Let me start by saying that they've really put in a lot of effort in equipping this place with a bunch of games. From darts, to bingo, to computer slots to table tennis to pool. The place is a pretty huge size. But the funny thing is that on a Friday night, the place was empty. The kitchen & bar closed at 11pm. The only thing alive was the bingo room which had quite a bit of people, who left the room right after the bingo game was over. I am not sure why the management of this place isn't promoting this place. If I was in charge, I would host weekend parties here, by calling in DJs or live bands and of course advertising to get a decent crowd here. Get promoters, get someone to organize it all over mississauga and get the place pumping. Anyway, it was a shame to see the place empty. Wish them all the best

Parking is free and plentiful. Overall, it was a fun evening. I will likely return.

The Prime rib was tender and not too overdone. They also had a salad bar, dessert station, and soup/bread station which were all solid. No complaints whatsoever, but my faves were the chef's pasta and mashed potatoes. Hands down the best mashed potatoes I've had in my life. All in all very good, especially at the $15 (member) / $25 (non member) price point. We stayed on the 7th floor we could see and hear all the planes taking off. The noise wasn't bothersome at all. I loved the free parking which is what made me pick this hotel. In the mornings you can see the horses on the track that was interesting to my kid. The room was spacious and I got it at a good rate and we got an upgrade room at check in. The staff were really nice and not rude like the reviews said. We used room service to order a pizza and they got it to us pretty quick. The pool area is wonderful. I don't gamble so I can't comment on the casino I would absolutely come back here.

The rooms are nice and clean and the Shower is roomy and nice and powerful. I'd give another half star for the swimming pool and gym. Also has a full spa. Another negative is the attitude of the casino attendant that stopped us from walking through with my 20 yo daughter. She had here carry a yellow card and stay on the red carpet. Room key was needed to access the elevator and your floor, which was great (*cough* The canadian side Doubletree needs this right now *cough*) The US side of Niagara Falls is super sketchy and just for that I wouldn't be in a hurry to return - I also have no interest in casinos so there's not much for me to do here. Staff was polite. Overall I would stay here if I was on that side of the border.
