They were 3 hours late to set up for our event and no one called to let us know that they were running late. I called on 3 separate occasions about a status update for when our delivery would arrive, no one called me back. I had to call back each time. I confirmed several time, even the day before our event that delivery would be between 10am-12pm. Our event was at 3pm and they arrived a few mins before 3pm.
