I have tried to cancel my membership for months with no success! I've gone into the office and an employee helped me do the cancellation online. The next month they still charged me. I went back, and the manager emailed "corporate" and said they would reach out to me via email. Here we are two months later, and I have heard nothing. They are still taking money out of my account each month. The carwash is in poor condition. Most vacuums are damaged or broke. Your car will only be half clean. The manager skipped the "customer service" part of her training. Please do not sign up for their membership! Unless you want to pay for something that is subpar and that cannot be canceled. read more

I like this car wash. I have been here several times and will continue to here too. I usually get the best car wash that they have which is $20 currently. You just come and use your card and pay . You also get a receipt. They stop you right before the entrance and use mops to wash the front of vehicle and then another employee guides you up on the tracks and tells you to put it in neutral. The car wash really shines up your tires , best I have ever seen around here. The car wash does a really good job. I'm happy with it. I usually wash the company vehicles here to get the bugs off the front windshield. After going through the car wash, don't forget to vacuum your car, truck or van. 70 days ago, I was visiting family in Batesville, MS, and decided to get a car wash--the Delta Express Carwash for $12. The date was June 10th. Little did I realize that this would become an abusive relationship between me and the Trademark/Delta Express Company. On Thursday, July 10th, Delta Express made a recurring charge of $30 to my debit card. Being thoroughly confused, I decided to call Delta Express for an explanation of the charge. Well, once on their webpage, I see they have an option for an Unlimited washing program for $20 per month, of which I was not offered or agreed to, for I live more than seven hours away from this location, but if I signed up for an unlimited option, then why I am so special to be charged $30 a month for a $20 offer. Since June, I have called this location multiple times with no answer, only receiving a phone tree with options of (Push 3 for this; push 4 for that, you know the drill). I emailed info@trademarkcarwash.com on July 13, 2025, at 21:04 hours--no answer, no reply. So, since July 10th, I have been billed $30 a month for three months, totaling $90; the most recent charge is Sept 9, 2025. In summary, buyers beware, I did not sign up for or want an unlimited carwash from Delta Express and certainly not from a location over 400 miles from my home. My advice: do not use this carwash company, for their customer service is totally non-existent, non-responsive, non-cooperative, and non-caring when it comes to patrons who spend money at their establishments who have less than stellar experiences at their locations. So again, buyers beware. To think, this all stemmed from a simple $12 carwash three months ago, now blossomed into $102 and counting. Obviously, I will take further steps in this matter. read more

since becoming under new management, service is NOT good.. I never seen a car wash that even though I pay a monthly subscription, they try to dictate if I can vacuum my car or not. I really want to give 0. This place is horrible. You car will not get clean. The staff is lazy only spraying water on your vehicle. MOST IMPORTANTLY, make sure to use the exact cash because there is no way to get change if it's not in the machine. You're playing rushing roulette putting cash in the machine. No customer service. My company has been trying to cancel our subscription for several months with no luck. It is impossible to reach them. The number on the website is disconnected. And, the number that appears on our bill is an automated service and no one calls you back. This is extremely unprofessional. Moved from the area and needed to cancel my membership because I am not near any of their locations. Repeatedly called every location and always get the same answer message asking to leave a message. Filled out their contact forms online several times. Customer service DOES NOT return calls or email when it relates to cancellation. I give it one star only because the car wash worked when I went. This place is always "hit or miss". Our business has prepay accounts for our vehicles. We did this for speed/convenience of getting in and out quickly. I do not recommend the prepay for this location. Sometimes they are down to one lane and when that happens they are trying to sell prepay which holds up the customers who already subscribe to this service. If the attendant Jerry is working at the wash entrance, the front and back of our vehicles will be properly brushed. Many times we have found Jerry working the entire place alone. If he is not there, our vehicles do not receive the pre brushing or it is done poorly. Most employees are on their phones. I have driven up many times over the past few months to a closed/blocked drive through. Business is closed. This also hinders those with prepay accounts. How about crediting your prepay customers with days closed every month? When the car wash is functioning it is rarely ever fully completing the car wash that we are paying for. Currently we exit with soap still on our vehicles. read more

This is a nice looking and fairly new car wash. BUT it does not do a good job at cleaning my car. The staff strongly encourage you to get out and scrub the front of your car prior to going through the wash. At the prices they're charging, I shouldn't have to do anything extra. I have heard others with larger vehicles say the car wash is amazing. So maybe car size and how the wash hits the car has a lot to do with it.
