Today I went in for an oil change on my 2018 Toyota Yaris (had 1:00 appt. arrived 10 minutes early)…read moreand did not leave until after 3:00. Four people came in after me and received service and left before me (all men-1 black and 3 whites). I don't know why/how this happened but I was very upset about it. The ladies on front desk were very apologetic even though it was not their fault.

The service department is a joke and a scam. Took my car to Oakes to have some tie rod ends and an…read morealignment done. Tie rod ends are very simple with a little know how and mine weren't even bad, I just wanted them done because of the age and millage. I was a little lazy and didn't want to mess with them myself. The tech never once mentioned that they were still good which is kind of ok since I wanted them done regardless. They then took my car to their chevy dealership across town because their alignment machine was down and this incompetent tech drove my car from across Greenville with my steering wheel off about 25 degrees to the left and thought it was good. I made them take it back and fix it. He brought it to me again and it was about 10-15 degrees off and said "that's as good as it can get with bad struts" at this point it was 4:45pm and I had been there since 10:30 am with an appointment, so I took my car and left. I assumed if I drove the car in with a perfect alignment I'd get it back with a perfect alignment but excuse me. I took it to a local a local mechanic here in Arkansas and he said that he was "full of crap" and my struts are good. A bushing was rubbing on one side causing a squeak. They've tried to scam me before into replacing parts that were still good. Ever since Don and JR left it has been a piss poor excuse for a service department. I'm done with this joke of a dealership and I will take my business to a pos part store and sketchy mechanic before I ever do business with them again.
