The only thing good about this spot is the morning security guard, Gilbert. Delta Dispensary is your one-stop hit-or-miss shop! From subpar, dry dro, budtenders who don't seem to be primed on what goes on logistically in their place of business and seem to relish in not letting you know that you have rewards points you could apply toward your purchase--to the irritated folks that usually answer the phone, it all goes downhill once you get past that heavy beige door. Make no mistake, most of the people who work here are pretty friendly (although all of them pale in comparison to Gilbert's charm), but they just don't seem to have a hankering for going further than giving an item description. Please believe, I'm not going in there with many specifications beyond THC percentage, so it's not like I'm asking all of these stats for every zip. My primary irritation comes from asking staff about stuff outside of the product and them not being able to answer it or asking me to hang tight for so long that it doesn't even make sense. On top of that, the nice customer service I get makes me not want to keep pestering the nice counter clerk further, so I leave with questions totally unanswered. Oh, and they have this amazing talent for never telling you about the rewards bucks you have. I seriously didn't even know they had such a system until one day when I actually looked at my receipt instead of throwing it away and saw I had $16 in rewards points that they never informed me of or asked me about. I tried to use them finally and just checked my receipt again to find the reward bucks were removed (the receipt showed both my new rewards balance as $0 and my old one at $16) but that I paid full price. Explained they made an error and I'd opened the packaging and found the wrong item. He said no problem I could return it for the correct item. When I went in the next weekend a different manager was on duty. He called the person who'd helped me and shared that he was told they can't allow the return since the package was opened. I told the manager in front of me what the other manager told me and stressed I'd said the package was opened. Yet they didn't honor their promise to me. Have been buying here for almost 2+ years. I picked up some Kush Boy 8th, but noticed that there was brown leaves in the bud and it was not trimmed. I bought the same strain 3 days ago and it was not like this. When I called DD, they told me I should get in contact with the manufacturer. I emailed Kush Boys and messaged them on Instagram, and did not receive a response. I called DD to let them know, and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it. I understand not refunding if someone changed their mind or if they decided they didn't want the merchandise anymore. But the quality was not the same as when bought 3 days ago. DD should give a refund or exchange, because it's not the customers fault the merchandise quality was bad, esp when the same merchandise was bought 3 days ago with no issues. Only men get searched, but women don't (as if no one could bring a weapon). They said they won't search females because it's "invading their space," but any gender can feel the same way. This place just isn't very good. Some quality stuff sometimes... but the pricing is bad. They have promos all the time, but if you're like me and want to be in and out and you do an online order, you're paying full price for everything. Promos are never applied. Online orders make the store run better. Shorter lines, less people crowing the store, etc. But you get no promos, and if you have $ deducted from your checking account to pay, they have an exorbitant fee. This last time I went will be my last time. I got a 1 gram preroll, but I opened it, and it looked like a .5. The joint was super loose and I had to adjust it myself to even make it smokable. My review is for online ordering and delivery drop off. We placed our order between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. . During this time period, the daily "Happy Hour" prices are in effect; everything is 10% off. If you miss this time window, DD runs a daily special each day of the week. The sales are listed on the landing page of their website. You cannot "double dip" on the Happy Hour and Daily Deals; it's one or the other. We chose the Happy Hour prices and saved about $10.00. Ordering was very easy. Items are grouped by type (flower, vape, edibles, etc...) and sortable by brand name, weight, THC/CBD percentages, and so on. I especially appreciated the later option, as I tend to be sensitive to THC. The ability to sort and filter out the items that would be too strong for me allowed me to have a more informed and better at home shopping experience. Each category had the same sort and filter ability. Because of this, I bought a few more items than I initially planned on buying because I could safely step outside my comfort zone. Check out was easy. I did not have to put in my debit card number. The options are cash or DEBIT (not credit) payable to the driver when they arrive. Just fill in your name, address and phone number. Set up an account if you want. After completing the order, I received a text and email confirmation that the order was received. I later received a text when the order was being prepared, when the driver was head my way with a link to track their progress, a final text saying the driver was at my house and did I want them to come to the door or wait in their vehicle? Driver was super nice, patient while I dumped my wallet looking for the debit card I used in the order (no credit cards, of course I had all of those right there), and ran my card when I found it.
